Ballinger is unprofessional and has no patience when it comes to kids not to mention I thought the office could have been in better shape. I'd rather take my daughter anywhere but here!

There's a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Take the advice that most people are giving you, and stay far away. They made my wife a piece of equipment that cost around $500. It didn't fit her teeth, and when she asked them about it a couple of weeks later, they basically told her it was her fault and that she would need to pay full price for a new piece. She also told me the dentist grabbed her face in a very rough manner when examining her. This place is a piece of garbage and should not be able to call itself a dental office.

Last summer my husband and I went to Ballinger and worst dentist ever. Very unprofessional. I feel like he is just money grabbing (Medicaid patients) my husband had so much pain after fillings we believe he did not need. He couldn't eat anything hot or cold for months. Now recently he lost one of his fillings. Also they numb you and wait over an hour to come work on you and by that time your numbness is gone. All these bad reviews are absolutely correct. Don't go here it's not worth it. Worst dentist ever.

today i went in to get my teeth checked as usual, i had three assistants. the second lady who came in to clean the rest of my teeth wasn’t gentle with my mouth she spread water all over mouth, mind you that the water is very harsh on your mouth, she wasn’t gently at all and hurt my tongue. She has to mindful of her clients sensitivity

I been going to this place for a while now just a little over a year or so. First time I came I had got a cleaning and some X-rays done. Nothing major but the next time I had to get some filling filled which was fine, after my mouth was so sensitive to hot and cold for awhile I couldn't even chew on one side of my mouth. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here for thought everything was okay, but first off he's too rough while working in your mouth. There should not be any reason your mouth should be hurting from getting fillings. Recent I had to get my annual cleaning which I did but he told me I had to new cavities that needed to be filled. I was all for it now it's time for my appointment I was a little irritated already because I had been waiting on n the lobby already for an hour. The nurse told me they were a little understaffed I was like okay. Still I get to the back I'm waiting 30-45 minutes still. Just overall don't come here, I will be looking for a new dentist

Worst experience ever in my dental life! (Medicade patient) Dr Chris was very rude and had no compassion for me or my anxiety. He is very quick, in and out. After being told I needed 3 teeth filled I went in for my apt. Was immediately called back. The assist put some numbing cream on my gums. I sat there an sat there and sat there until it wore off. I Asked for more. The 2nd time around it didn't numb as much. When he FINALLy came in I was of course nervous. Once he started with the numbing needle He told me to stop "kicking" and to unfold my hands bc i was squeezing them too hard and it was making my arms and neck tight. I told him i was not "kicking" my feet but it was my nerves. He didn't care what I had to say. He was agitated. We proceeded and I could still feel the pain. He was upset bc he had "gave me all the anesthetic that he could" but yet I still felt it. He worked VERY quickly. Fastest fillings I have EVER recieved. I cried the entire time. His conclusion is that I need to see a dentist that will put me to sleep due to my "anxity" I will never go back to him nor refer anyone there! Seems as if he's all about doing what ever just to get that insurance money! And let me add he says I have 1 more tooth that needs filled. Definitely not.

Reading these reviews and I’m just like WOW! We haven’t had a bad experience here at all! We came to Dr. Ballinger because my son needed a root canal to save a tooth. He’s 13. Well, after being in excruciating pain for over a week, we stumbled upon this place and he was seen the following day. Zero complications with the root canal, no complaints of terrible pain afterwards and my son was alert the whole time. Dr. Ballinger and his staff were super friendly! I chatted with him and his nurse throughout the whole procedure and never once noticed anything out of the way. No rudeness— nothing but professionalism. He explained everything to both of us as he worked and I do believe we will consider him our new dentist.

This was the worst experience EVER!!. Dr. Christopher was so rude with my children and me. He said my 2 older daughters had cavities and I went to schedule another on another dentist to see If it was true they said they said they didn't have cavities. The Ballinger Family dentist was the worst. I would not refer nobody to that dentist.

Do not go here! I got 14 fillings done over the period of several weeks. I had very little to no tooth pain before hand. It's been months since I go the fillings, and every time I eat, I am in excruciating pain. I can't eat anything hot or cold, and anything with sugar makes me double over in pain. They ruined my teeth. Stay away.

Well I had absolutely no problems out of my teeth for 35 years. I take great care of my teeth I have never been in pain with any of my teeth. Never had a problem with a filling. I went to see Ballinger beginning of November he stated I had a small cavity. Needed a filling. I was very surprised as I have never had any problems or pain in that area. I let him talk me into getting the filling, immediately same day I could tell something was wrong, before my teeth was very close together. Had to pry floss between these two teeth, After the “filling” I could fit my toungue between my two teeth, I was immediately frantic. I went back. He reconstructed that tooth, now it feels fake to say the least, he blamed it on me saying I must have done something to chip it. No I could tell something was wrong not even 2 hours after. And I had not eat or drank anything. I believe he drilled off too much of my tooth. He was rude , fast talking and didn’t care at all about the pain I was in that visit. I only went back because other dentist don’t like to fix other dentist mess ups. I am a Medicaid patient. So it’s hard to find a dentist that accepts Medicaid anyways. So unfortunately I Went back again still in pain almost a month couldn’t eat on the left side of my mouth. He says. I grind my teeth and might need a root canal. Or to loose the tooth. That is unacceptable, How? What? Are you serious? I had no pain at all before I let this man work on my mouth. When I said twice. I had no problems before you did these “ fillings “ “he said “you can repeat your self all you want” I can’t Believe how he treated me. How rough he was with my mouth and how he pretty much messed up my tooth and had no remorse for it. I wouldn’t recommend any one going here. I wish I never would have went, now I might be loosing my first tooth as an adult, all because of him, and he didn’t care not one bit.
