Requested an appointment specifically to get teeth cleaned for myself and my husband. I had just moved and had regular dental care and had all of my records sent over. Stated that I must have a new patient visit first even though I had no active issues and my records indicated that. Asked to do this and cleaning on the same day. After my new patient appointment was told my cleaning was scheduled for an hour later. I then found out that my husband didn't get a cleaning scheduled at all for his new patient visit the following week. I ended up just leaving because I didn't want to be at a place long-term who tries to schedule unnecessary visits to increase revenue. It is a bad deal for those in good health who just need preventative care.
