Apparently they are not taking any Medicaid patients at this time. Please don’t waste your time. Receptionist was rude and rushed me off the phone.

As an update, the computer says to contact office after a bad review...I did, my husband did...Receptionist or Dentist still wouldn't budge on anything...My Son is special needs and basically got thrown to the curb...Unprofessional in everyway..

This practice was okay until they decided they didn’t want me as a patient any longer. I called to make an appointment for myself due to some pain I was having, and was told I could no longer be seen due to 2 missed appointments. The first was in May of 2022. I had just had twins a month prior, so getting to appointments was really difficult, and I totally forgot to call. I rescheduled that appointment when I realized I had missed it, and they rescheduled me for October. I made that appointment and all was well. I needed a filling, so they scheduled me for the following week. I ended up missing that appointment as well because I was so sick with Covid, and my babies were also sick (not Covid). I completely forgot about that appointment due to everything going on. I could understand if I was purposefully neglecting responsibilities, but that wasn’t the case. On top of all of that, I never once received a reminder call, email, or text about any of my scheduled appointments. Nor had I ever been notified of their no call/no show policy (which I still haven’t seen). I’m sad, as this was the first dentist that I had seen in a long time, due to a fear of the dentist, and they made me feel comfortable. Now I have to start at square one.

This must be a big joke. Website clearly indicates office open 8-1 Saturday. My wife had an emergency late on friday. called and even went to office Saturday am. Office closed and no emergency number indicated.

Dr. Albertson is highly skilled and very gentle. I trust him completely with my care. I even needed a filling recently, and he made the whole experience comfortable. The hygienist I saw was very thorough, and the dental assistant was very personable.

Everytime I call they say they can’t help me because of a xtray oral surgery took back then to get my wisdom teeth out I been hurting every since I gotten pregnant with my last baby she’s bout to be 9 months now and I’m still in bad pain and have very bad headache I can’t seem to find no help at all 😭🥹

A year ago I reviewed Winston Smiles with 5 stars. Great team, wonderful hygienists and dentists. However, in May my husband and I had our semi-annual cleaning and checkup. We received a bill in the mail for services covered by our dental insurance??? I called the office and found that Winston Smiles no longer participates in the United Concordia Insurance network!!!! We were Never notified by Winston Smiles that they were no longer in Network. What if this had been an emergency appointment? This is very poor business standards..

The worst I wouldn't recommend them at all they stopped seeing me because of my transportation issue was at the fault of my insurance I had no control and they stopped seeing me as a patient. Which is unfair. I can't help the fact that I have to relye on my insurance for my transportation needs.

I called to ask if they accept Medicaid so myself and my other two children could become new patients there , the first time a lady name candy put me on hold and sent me to voicemail what she didn't know is that my youngest son is a patient there and I was going to schedule his appointment for him because they have been calling saying he's due for his visit I called back and someone else answered me and said that they only accept new patients who haven't used they Medicaid I feel like they give you the run around and they website should mention that it's unprofessional and rude and I will be looking for a new office for my myself and my children

Last week I went there for teeth cleaning. Although my family has visited several times. It was my first time. I have told the person who was taking care of cleaning several times that I have a bridge and did not want her to touch it. She was not friendly, even hardly talk. After I came back home and check my teeth I saw that she had removed some white porcelain from my back of bridge during cleaning (but i had told her do not touch it several times). It was so disappointing for me. As a person suffering from her teeth problems for years, seeing black metal in my mouth instead of white porcelain was so terrible. Even I could not sleep for several days. In order to get that white look again, I have to replace my bridge. It is not fair, right? I only went for cleaning, I just wonder if cleaning means cutting teeth?

On Tuesday I published the bad work of the reception, that they beat up patients, change their appointments without notifying them and treat you badly and instead of apologizing for their mistake they sent me a letter asking me to find another dentist because they didn't they want in that clinic, neither my husband nor I thought of going back there and it is a shame that the reception staff is so lousy, because the doctors and their assistants are wonderful and very professional, we are very grateful for their work. They are losing patients because of the incompetence of some of the receptionists.

I have never enjoyed a cleaning and dentist visit so much before until coming to Winston Smiles! Brittany was amazing and so fun to be around during my cleaning. Dr. Albertson was fantastic! He was able to give me affordable options to give me the confidence I lack when I smile due to a baby tooth and old front teeth bonding.
