Update: went back for my permanent crown and had a different tech and doctor and let me tell you the tech was AMAZING! I told her my concerns from last time and she was so understanding and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. She was so sweet and just cared for me like a person and not just an appointment. The doctor was great too she got in and did what she needed to do with a good attitude and was kind to me as well. Happy to be able to change my review and will be requesting both of them from here on out. First review: I’m sad to leave a bad review for any company. I rarely ever even take the time to. Usually any inconvenience is not that big of a deal. I have been here before and was seen by doctor Abby without issue. Sadly I’m so traumatized from my experience here last week I can’t even remember the names of the people who worked on me, but it was a different female doctor this time. I went in for a toothache. I have bad teeth I know that and haven’t had the money to fix them. It’s a reality for a lot of people. She seemed condescending about the fact I hadn’t been back in 2 years. Whatever I’m used to it. It’s the reason I had dental anxiety in the first place. Fear of judgment. Anyway I needed a root canal. Yeah be had one there before and it wasn’t the worst thing ever. Anyway my appointment was 5 hours long, things kept going wrong. They left me in the room alone with all the contraptions and everything in my mouth for almost an hour. My numbing wore off after a while and they kept working on the tooth even though I told them it hurt. After so long of this I was in tears. Finally got more numbing and literally felt every muscle in my body relax. I was supposed to go back today for my permanent crown since they couldn’t do it that day because my appointment was so long. I didn’t go because I’m too scared honestly. I had to have a root canal and a crown. I was very nervous. I had heard stories of bad root canals. Well… they took such great care of me…talked me through the process and checked on my comfort level. The best service I’ve ever received… 5 stars! Great people and service !

This is a completely crooked business. I went in for an initial consultation; the sleazy dentist came in (on her big wheel) and basically claimed I needed over $5,000 of work done. Granted, I needed a cleaning-but a cleaning was absolutely the last priority on their list; wanting to do extensive work on dirty teeth? Gross! I instantly distrusted these thieves and decided to leave. While at the front counter, they then attempted to charge me an additional fee for merely using a debit card. I balked at their attempted thievery; the scums then handed me an envelope with their address on it. I went to another dentist and although I need some work done, it's not nearly as encompassing as what these shady goofs proposed. Save yourself some serious grief and go elsewhere!

What a great experience! My son has dental anxiety and Taylor, the hygienist, did such a wonderful job of explaining everything she was doing to help put his mind at ease. Taylor showed us the X-rays and did a great job of explaining and educating us on the treatment. She also presented a treatment plan to show me everything that was done and explained insurance coverage very well. I’m happy to call Tiny Town Dental our new dental home.

The ladies were kind enough to get me in right away in the morning and taken care of. 1 Month after my root canal I can’t eat on that side very sensitive and bothersome. Now it’s been 6 months later and it’s super sensitive and bothersome and still can’t eat on that side. I wish I had just got it pulled now since I’ve had issues with it since getting it done.

I have had 4 separate appts over the last month and a half with Dr. Abby and Jakaya and I can’t say enough amazing things about them and all the staff at Tiny Town Dental. With as much time I spent with doctors over the years I have rarely been this impressed by a practice. On my first appointment I had to bring my child with me and I was nervous they wouldn’t see me. Not only were they super nice about it but the assistants and Dr. Hamm were engaging her and helpful with her the entire time. Today I had an appointment but was going to have to reschedule. The office staff and Dr. Faerber were incredibly understanding and worked with me to make sure I could make it. The doctor radiates kindness making you feel at ease. He mentioned that they noted in my file a few things about AnnMarie. As a mother that’s very touching. I have never left a doctors appointment feeling more relaxed. The entire staff is top notch. As far as dental appointments goes this is the best experience I have ever had.
