If I could give no stars I would. First of all, they are so rude. Do not know how to communicate with anyone. I stood in front of 3 ladies, 2 actually looked up at me and did not say anything. The one I was standing right in front did not even look up at me and continued to speak to others. Then I ask them numerous times to see if we have been checked in and they said yes. I arrived at 12:30 and was not seen until 1:46 PM. Then they claimed that they cleaned my daughters teeth and they did not (which I am sure they will bill my insurance for). They are scamming people and charging for everything and doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

I scheduled an appointment and verified all my information over the phone prior to arrival. When I arrived I was told they do not take my insurance and the lady working the counter was extremely rude. I had a bad feeling walking into this place and seeing my surroundings it looks like a run down ER room

Worst office to get through, you all literally have 4 to 5 employees sitting at the front desk but NO ONE CAN PICK UPTHE PHONE!!!!!!!

Came in to get a root canal done once and the new dentist, I don't know her name, performed the procedure wrong. I was in terrible pain for a couple weeks because she did it wrong and they are lucky I'm not suing because I have the x-ray pictures that prove she did it wrong. The dentist that recently redo the job kept telling the previous dentist did it wrong and couldn't believe how she left. I could of lost my tooth because of this location. I missed two weeks of work and they charged me so much just to not even do the job correctly. I'm so mad now that I think about it I might end up suing because just thinking about all the pain I went through it gets me more mad. Thanks for nothing and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

A little behind schedule getting you back, probably 20-30 min after my scheduled time. And then wait a bit while you're back there too. Took 1 hr 40 min from my scheduled time until done for cleaning, x-ray and checkup. They do try to get you to do seemingly unnecessary things, they tried to get me to do a $300ish irrigation for swollen gums (never been told that by another dentist, but who knows). Dentist and hygienist were nice and good though

Do not go to this place they will tell you one thing and then do another, Mirasol the girl working behind the counter was a nasty rude girl who did not want to help didn’t even want to look on the computer had a question I inquired about as I drove 40 miles to get here. She just looked at me and did not say a word as I’m asking her a question. Not only that this place is dirty they were roaches on the ground I do not recommend it

Worst dental office with worst customer service. Front desk lady especially Katherine was rude. I had my appointment at 5pm but when I went there, they say they were closed. I was talking to another lady, Katherine was talking in between us and telling another lady not to respond to me. When I asked why they did not informed me because I had get appt confirmation text at 8 am, they were giving me answer like they are a big company this and that blah blah blah …which does not even make sense. Very irresponsible office and rude staffs.

Staff is awesome. I'm always being treated well here over the last 4 years . Today my visit was exceptional all thanks to the hygienist -Than Nguyen . She made me feel comfortable, and was very educating. She walked me through all the steps she was doing and explained the benefits. Usually with some dentist places they make you feel bad about not flossing or brushing and just saying you need to do it more. Than Nguyen actually educated me on the best ways to improve my oral health and was listening to my routine and gave me pointers to improve .During my cleaning she was efficient and thorough. She even polished and flossed my teeth for me going between every bracket of my braces 😂. 10/10 Would be back for my cleanings with Than.

It's been good. Valentina is awesome she works up at front desk very nice young lady and professional.

Valentina was so nice to my 3yr old boy, she could totally keep him good and happy while taking xrays and all. She and baby were vibing lol. She is so sweet. Definitely my regular dentist office. My kid loved her!!

This is a great dentist office definitely a 10 out if 10 nice and fast . Also I would like to thank yamill Guadalupe & dr gadhiya they are a wonderful team !

30 min wait so far and no one knows how much longer it will be. They just chilling at the front desk

They helped me through out my entire treatment. The orthodontist is really sweet and understanding. Overall I’m happy with the results. Can actually smile with confidence now. Lizbeth was very helpful.

My overall experience was delightful, I went over the holiday week and they were all very helpful, Alondra was very informative and kind! Definitely recommend!!

Save your quote. They pull the bait and switch. Just like Carmen below, they told me it was going to be one price for everything, but the end it was going to be $300 more than what they said. This was after they did phase one.

Would not go anywhere else. Fast and great staff

I will not be coming back here. The person who speaks to me about the financial side of things had me agree to something I never would have done. I asked her if this was my treatment plan in full and she said yes. Turns out it was only for two things, and they wanted me to pay for more treatment when I got there! They said they weren’t sure why it was quoted that way and why she didn’t explain it when I told her I said “is this the full treatment plan” she said yes. I will not be coming back here, I’m now stuck in a contract and I would not have purchased the GUMX treatment for over 900 dollars, I would of have my insurance pay for other treatment that was more necessary. I’m very disappointed and when I told the receptionist my concern she didn’t care at all, and didn’t offer any assistant other then telling me that the numbers were correct, very disappointing for trying Brident dental for the first time. I will not be coming back here just like I told the receptionist who could care less.

Everyone was very helpful and polite. I had a little trouble with the sign in forms but the receptionist was very helpful. Overall my experience was a good one.
