Dentists at Chisholm Trail

Everyone is always friendly when I go in for my dental visit. I usually get anxiety going into dental offices, but the people who work here are always positive and helpful.

Front desk people have the worst customer service. Spoke to them and ask if they accept my insurance. Gave Ashley my info and say they accepted it and then scheduled an emergency appointment. Driving to their clinic to find out, they couldn't find my insurance. What a waste of my time. So I went home called iSmile Dental, and their front desk is very friendly, knowledgeable about insurance. iSmile Dental looked up my insurance and was able to find it, no problem. Please don't schedule an appointment if you are not sure how to find insurance and verify information. 😕 Please, when talking to someone on the phone, please please verify if spelling is correct. Please make sure the numbers are correct.

This dental office is the best I have ever visited. They are quite professional. All the staff is extremely polite. They have same-day crowns and even 12-month payment plans with no interest. I would definitely recommend it!

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Bed side manner is fantastic. They use all the newest technology and if you want they can make high quality crowns onsite.

I felt comfortable during the whole time of the procedure.. No pain or sensitivity at all.. Thanks to the gentle hands of Dr. Hoffman, and Jasmine really did a great job assisting her.. Excellent service.. I really appreciate it..

I was scheduled for a dentist appointment today, I had very professional experience I was seen immediately. I took an X-ray then I was told what procedure I needed to save my teeth. I was in wonderful care with, Dr.Hoffman, Kashley, and the Doctor assistant Tina I love my teeth, right now I have the perfect smile. I want to thank the dentist and staff for a job well done I will be back in the future and I will tell my friends, family to book an appointment soon.

Dr. Hoffman and her assistant Jasmine are amazing! They have a warming energy that makes you feel really comfortable during a procedure.

From making the appointment all the way to paying at the end every single person was great! My daughters had a wonderful experience. One of them remarked on the way home how relaxed she felt. The whole family will be switching to the Dentists at Chisholm Trail!!

If you make it back to see the dentist she’s very nice. However, the front desk women are horrible and extremely rude. Apparently making an appointment means nothing. I called and spoke with the dentist who scheduled my children. Then I got an email saying no, we don’t have appointments that day we have now split it into 2 separate appointments and completely different times. Then when I showed up for the first appointment(20 minutes early) they refused to see my children Since I didn’t confirm my appointment…what? I MADE the appointment. I got the reminder text…never said anything about how you must confirm or they cancel the appointment. Then she said well actually we can’t see you because we’re short staffed and can’t take X-rays today…at a dental office…okay. They were extremely rude and acted as if it was completely MY fault since I didn’t call to confirm the appointments I had already called and made.

This staff really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience… and they are EFFICIENT!!!! Allison at the front makes sure you are taken care of. If you’re in search for a dentist LOOK NO FURTHER!!

I went in with one problem and they took a 360 xray. After discussing the problem I came in for I asked if there was any other problems. Even though they taken a 360 xray she had only looked at one tooth. Turns out there was another abscess. I used the oral surgeon there Dr Wang. He broke a tooth next to one he was pulling. A week later it broke completely off at the gum. Plus six weeks after having the teeth pulled my gums were not healing. Today I found out why. A broken piece of tooth worked its way out of my gum where he had pulled the tooth.

Best experience at the dentist in a long time… well… EVER! I called Thursday afternoon for an emergency appointment because of tooth pain and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning, but warned there may be a bit of a wait. I was a ball of nerves as my past experience with other dentists had not always been the best. Well that was not the case with Dentists at Chisholm Trail! Upon arriving, I was greeted and assisted immediately by the office team, they had already confirmed my insurance information on the previous night and all that remained was my health questionnaire on the iPad (because I failed to complete the previous night). After completing the check-in process, I was called back to start my dental work, five minute wait at the most. I have to say the entire staff was amazing!! They know patients are always nervous and I was no different, but they did a great job of calling me down, reassuring me that it would be ok, and explained every step along the way. Even Allison the office manager stepped back to the room and calmed me down by telling a funny story of how she will go to no end to assist a person in need… Gold Star :)! Let’s be honest dental work can be very expensive even with “good insurance.” Allison provided a breakdown of my care including future appointment needs and I was honest with her that the decision came down to me paying my mortgage or getting this tooth pain gone. She stated that she did not want me to walk away in pain and worked with me on the many options for financing my treatment. She took the time to listen to my concern and created a solution that fit MY situation. THE BEST PART My dental technician (sorry her name escapes me, but she was awesome) and Dr. Hoffman were excellent at their craft, very professional, and helped to decrease my anxiety level immensely. I’m not sure how Dr. Hoffmann pulled it off because my tooth was in bad shape, I had a fill completed by a different dentist and a cavity and infection

Very dissapointed, lied to me setup a scheduled visit then call me 30 min befor the appointment to cancel on me. I have explained great pain and broken tooth, could Care less they are just in it for the money and if you don’t have a lot of it you’ll be turned down here even after setting up a scheduled appt. It’s a shame now I get to deal with this even longer and again have to try and put my trust in a sketchy dentist like I was already afraid of doing not to mention losing a full day of work being a father of 4 with my youngest being a dialysis patient! I just don’t have time for this kinda buisness beware!

Everyone at this office is extremely nice & caring! They go the extra mile to make sure you get the best dental care you need and deserve! Both of my daughters had an exceptional experience & said their teeth felt super clean afterwards. They also were very comfortable from start to finish as everyone was so friendly. If you want exceptional dental care, this is the place to be!!

Obviously this place is unprofessional. The website says it open at 8 am. I called a little after 8 am. Yes, I could immediately tell I was speaking with someone from a call center type thing. I ask to speak with someone from the front office and she assured me she can help me. After taking all my information she came back on and said I had an appointment for tomorrow 6/22/2021 which in fact I asked for an appointment this morning 6/21/2021. She then put me on hold for ten minutes and someone else from the call center support answered. The lady had cold transferred me, without giving any details or anything. I hung up called back and got the front office, Alison answered the phone, I let her know what was going on she acted as if she didn’t know her support people who answers the phone for them. I asked to speak with an office manager, she said she was the office manager. She tried to do nothing about the situation. I’m still in pain and these people have wasted an entire hour out my day and with no resolve for my issue. If I could give a zero I would. And this was my first experience here.
