Staff was amazing, as was the dentist. They were super gentle, very friendly and approachable, and addressed all of my needs and concerns. Explained everything well and educated me effectively. Dr Dimerling, Kath, and Karen did a great job of taking care of me. Karen always does a great job with my cleanings and explains different ways of me improving my oral care. Dr Dimerling and Kath also did a great job with getting me scheduled last minute for a crown replacement. Both were very professional and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I have recommended your facility to everyone I know. I love the care I get at this office. Everyone always makes me feel welcomed and ready to assist with any questions or concerns I have.

Dr. Dimering and Meena were great. They were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They were willing to listen and didn't try to rush me out of there. Explained everything and went over cost prior to procedures. Highly recommend this office, overall great experience.

The front desk staff was rude and talked about another patient where people were able to hear in the lobby. I tried to give them another chance only to be told they were booked out 8 months when I called for an appointment since the rude staff did not schedule my next appt at the time. When I realized they scheduled the appt within 6 months of my last appt I called to reschedule and was told they were in June and still did not have any open. This is ridiculous. I cancelled the appt and will find a new dentist. I would NOT recommend this office at all.

DISHONEST, DISHONEST! I wish I had read the reviews before my appointment. I had an exam and cleaning done, and needed some crowns. My mistake was paying in advance for services not yet rendered. The crown work was expensive, I received a better price for the same type of crown (ceramic) someplace else. I called canceled my appointment and asked for a refund. That was on 8/29/22! I still have not received the refund, a little over $1000. I have spoken to the manager several times, and her story is the same, “the refund has to be approved”. Very disappointed. My advice, make sure to shop around for reasonable pricing. There are many honest dentists out there. This. the place is not one of them

Dishonest. The dentist had good bedside manners, seems to be knowledgeable. However, the front desk staff is very unprofessional and dishonest. I made the mistake of paying in advance for my dental work, due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to get the dental work started. It's been over a month and I have not received a refund.

Staff is friendly but the Rating is low because their offices need some updating and does not feel clean. Nothing feels inviting, instead white dirty walls. I’m use to a more homelike feel to dental offices. Also, they proposed a $400 deep cleaning upon my first visit. I’ve attended the dentist regularly for years and have never required to pay for a deep cleaning. Sent my X-rays for a second opinion and as I thought it was not necessary. If they quote you for an expensive treatment I would get a second opinion and save yourself and time and money. Glad I followed my instinct and did not return.

Stay away they are like a used car dealer. The staff very friendly but all about $ they'll milk you & your insurance for every penny. Thank God I went for a 2nd opinion to another dentist they they treat you like family & explain every option. Heritage was almost double the cost. On top of that at no point did they say they were going to charge the insurance for a consultation just plain thefts & typical greedy dental office.

A dentist office is not traditionally a place that I find comforting; however, with Dr. Park, I felt heard, respected, and at-ease. Dr. Park spent a lot of time with me discussing multiple restoration options and answering all my questions. Before any procedure started, I felt 100% confident in our dental plan and reassured in my decisions. The entire dental staff was patient and kind throughout the whole process. I will continue visiting this dental practice as well as recommending it to all of my friends and family.
