Wow, this place went downhill in The last three years. Had a crown done here and paid in cash around 23 hundred bucks. The crown came off, and now they want to charge me almost 200 to put it back on. When did it become the norm to not take pride in the work you perform? If it was a decade or so, i could understand. It's around 800 dollars a year to have that tooth🤷‍♂️ Went to another dentist, and they showed me their work compared to the work that was done. It's very sloppy, to say the least. The lines don't line up, and the crown was very loose and had gaps in the bottom, allowing saliva and food to get underneath the crown. This place only warranties their work for just a year, while other places are five years. I wouldn't warranty any of my work for over a year if i knew how subpar my work is also. And the biggest kick to the mouth is. I ordered a full porcelain crown. This was a metal crown. I wouldn't have known if it didn't fall off. It's up to the people to hold our services to a mutual standard. If they're not worried about doing quality work for the money, we pay them. Then people should stop going there. Because if this is their recourse for one. What do you think will happen if it happens to you or a loved one?

Dr. Guam is by far the best dentist ever. He is very good at making dentist appointments very relaxing, pain free, and smooth. I can honestly say that I love when it's dentist day! Oh and the staff is awesome also!

I made this appt for my teenager as we are new to the area. The office was swift with ready appts the same day at a different location or the following week for my location. We checked in at 1150 and was gone by 230 after cleaning, 9 cavities filled, and a few sealants which were found all on his first visit. Fast and efficient. I gave 4 stars because I would have liked someone (doctor or assistant) to come out and give me proper at home instructions after these procedures, but my son was sent out with no words from anyone. I made a 6 month appt and left.

My kids have seen Dr.Guram since they were little. Their experiences have been positive every time. No tears and no anxiety! My now 7 year old LOVES to go and she’s seen Dr. Guram since she was 2. The staff is also so nice!

They are always smiling, courteous, friendly, and quick every time I come in! I recommend this location to anyone needing a good dental recommendation!

Terrible customer service. Front desk people act like they don't need you. This is bad for business. Other clinics I went to treated me like family. I'm the new patient. I had submitted an application on their website to make an appointment. The system said someone would reach out to me to schedule one. I waited the next day, didn't see anything so I called in. I made 3 calls. 1st call was ok. Stephanie answered the phone. I asked if they took my insurance. I was told a patient would need to pay upfront and the insurance would pay the patient back. Basic procedural conversation. Although this was alright, I gave my feedback on the SYSTEM that this was a hassle for patients (who are also customers) because previous clinics I went to gave me a great peace of mind. I wouldn't need to pay anything upfront and even if the insurance didn't cover an item of a visit I wouldn't be charged because the payment had not been discussed with me. I could tell she didn't like hearing my feedback but that was fine. Not everyone in customer service understands what it means to take feedbacks. 2nd call. I went back to look at my insurance's policy and coverage before I made the 2nd call. I talked to another lady whose name I didn't hear clearly. I asked if it was normal for clinics to transfer patients' X-ray records to each other so that we could all be accurate and the patient wouldn't need to do more X-rays than they need to. She said I would need to do it myself and give them the info. This is fine. However, she made it sound like she didn't want to help. Previous clinics that I went to usually made me feel like home by offering options to help or at least communicated very nicely. These people at this clinic don't. When I said "um... interesting" and was processing some thoughts in my head and paused for about 2 seconds, she hung up on me not caring what else I had to say. Not a "thank you bye", not a "is there anything else we can help you with?" 3rd call. I called back and t

I highly recommend this Home town dental in N Fort Worth! Dr Chen was so genuine he took the time to explain and and every single question therally and genuinely. The staff Blanca, Estella and Rosel was very helpful from start to finish!! I will definitely keep bringing all of my kids here.

Absolutely love this place. Been taking my daughter here since her first visit. Dr guram is super informative and knows how to make my daughter feel comfortable. Estella has literally watched my dr grow up and continues to be the best!!! Staff in the front is always up to date too thank you to rose!! And thank you home town dental.

Amazing staff and Doctor

I’ve been taking my daughter here since she got her first tooth! Dr. Guram and Blanca have always taken excellent care of my baby and always made sure that I, as the parent understood every treatment plan. And they have always answered any questions/ concerns that I’ve had with great detail.
