As always, I was scheduled and tended to promptly! Everyone courteous, respectful, friendly and very personable!! I do not enjoy going to the dentist… I never have! The staff was amazing! Most doctors are in and out, Dr. Hernandez was very outgoing and took her time explaining every detail not rushing out and made sure any questions I had were answered. The hygienist Rachel was also very gentle and nice, she talked with through the whole cleaning process and with my anxiety helped me so much. The dental assistant whom name I don't remember sorry was also kind and patient, she also explained everything she was doing. Over all love this office and everyone I came into contact with, I highly recommend and will continue going to Ideal Dental for my life time.

I've been a patient here for around 5-7 years. Both dentists previously at this office were really great, and the current dentist, Dr. Hernandez, is hands down the best. She really does an amazing job ensuring that you're both educated and as comfortable as you can be, which in my opinion are the two most important things you want to find at a Dentist's office (2nd in importance only to quality of work which also is and has always been 5 stars here as well without a doubt!). Much credit is deserved by the friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced staff as well!

Well, I hate going to the dentist, but if I have to then I go here. The staff seems to always remember who you are and is very welcoming. I've never had to wait very long to see the doctor. Dr. Hernandez-Diaz is who I usually see - and she has always been more than willing to answer all my questions in detail and is very sensitive to patient comfort. (she also has a pretty good sense of humor, which always helps :D ).

Showed up 15 minutes early after they had a last minute opening earlier in the same day as my appointment. They got me in the back almost as soon as I checked in and got me started. They got my cleaning done very fast and I know a lot of people worry about how gentle their dentist is and if so I’d say ideal dental is for you. I had a gingivitis cleaning a couple months back and it wasn’t my first. Anyone who has had one knows how uncomfortable they can be. Here at ideal dental it was a lot more pleasant. This appointment was just to check up on how well my gums were healing and to make sure it wasn’t coming back. They gave lots of good tips on the first appointment so thankfully it was a lot better! They gave me more this time which I plan on putting into action to completely take care of it. This leads me to believe that they don’t want me to come back in the future and charge me for more gingival cleanings which isn’t cheap so that’s a nice perk to have in a dentist. Overall I have five stars because they are efficient, they seem to care about the cost as much as I do, and they are as friendly as any dentist office I’ve ever visited. Highly recommend!

Really bad service! Dr Diaz pushes for expensive treatment and denied me care when I refused to pay the optional treatments. I found another provider that is willing to put patient care over profit! I was also told that I needed to re-take some x-rays because their other location in Hurst took it and it was too blurry for Dr Diaz. I was assured I would not be charged for it - but my insurance company was!!! I’ll monitor my claims and will report it as fraud if they bill my insurance twice! Avoid this place! There other local options that are so much better and patient focused!!

I was a new customer and was looking to get my teeth cleaned, I thought I might need a deep cleaning. They did X-rays and an exam and the Dentist agreed that I would need a deep cleaning and after sitting there for about 20 minutes they came back and told me it would be $650 after my "good insurance" paid 80% I said no thank you to that, I would like the free cleaning that comes with a normal visit that is paid through dental insurance. They then came and told me that because a deep cleaning was recommended, they were not able to perform a regular cleaning on me and so I left without any cleaning at all. They are only after money, they do not care about the patient.
