My experience at Jefferson Dental was absolutely awesome!!! Preston Dramse, DDS did a fantastic caring job removing a tooth and fixing a crown. Chrysten Hames, RDH did the most awesome job cleaning my teeth!!! It makes a difference when you experience a professional attitude as well as a caring process!!! Very questionable billing tactics. After a clear and concise diagnosis from the Dentist that described 2 graphs needed. The billing representative provided a $4000+ quote. After some simple math it was determined this was well overpriced. It was asked of her what the cost of each graph would be [itemization requests are pretty standard]. Not only could that figure not be immediately provided but it was revealed we were being charged for EIGHT GRAPHS! It was explained to the billing representative that the dentist said two graphs very clearly. After much deliberation it was determined each graph costs less than $400. Clarification was reached when she decided to confirm with the dentist what was needed. The dentist now revised the diagnosis from the other room that 4 graphs were needed and now the estimate was $2000+. Still the math did not add up. Even if the 4 graphs were needed, which they obviously were invented to cover her gross misconduct, the total should be ≈$1500. After recognizing the error her and others have now explained we may still be charged for the incorrect and higher amount through the creditors and they may not be able to prevent this from going through, despite having days notice of their mistake. We'll be getting a second opinion to confirm the original TWO GRAPHS DIAGNOSIS and luckily we have legal representation in the family so if needed this type of mispractice will not go overlooked. Many people don't have the means to ensure they are not mistreated in this, one of the most vulnerable circumstances of their lives. Pay attention people!

I adore the staff at Jefferson dental. I am very high anxiety and they do everything to make me feel at ease. It is easy to get an appointment and if there is an issue they work hard to correct it. I try to work directly with the office as I have had some issues with their call center. It only takes a few extra minutes to drive there to be sure everything is done correctly. I have been coming here for about 4 years now, coming over from Mint Dental. I will ONLY come to this location on McCart. I love how I am treated here, (with the exception of 1 time my appointment got messed up by the online scheduler) I will continue coming here. I came back today Sat 2/11/23 (yesterday they had a power surge and lost internet) and I was seen so quickly. Latoya is/was so nice each time I came in, she is very fast and friendly. I saw Dr. Dramse, (looks young, so I was scared) but he explained things to me that I have never gotten explained before (bone graph) and he keep coming back and forth to check on me during the numbing part of the tooth extraction. When I tell you I felt NOTHING, I'm telling you I felt NOTHING! It's 1pm and I still don't feel my face...LOL.... It is awesome. I was out by 10:30am from my 9am appointment. And I also have to put this out there, they are all so sweet in there Kendra and D Conner are so sweet and explained everything and D Conner is such a sweetheart, he even entertained my small talk. YOU GUYS THERE ARE ROCK! Thank you so much. See you Tues!

Went today (02/10/2023) and was told I needed a root canal treatment. I said okay, after doing financial information I was told the internet had went out due to technical difficulties and I would have to leave the facility. Got a text at 5:00 this evening stating that I owe $100 for the office visit. I have insurance so the visit shouldn't be more than $30-$40 and it really should be no charge because I was not completely served in my visit. If you are reading this, please find somewhere else to get your dental work done

They charged both insurances companies even when they knew that one of the insurance wasn’t active and now a secondary billing is calling me every week with different charges. I’m tired of this calls and when I come to the office I got no help… No paying attention in their jobs. Worst experience at this location.

After waiting 40mins she reschedule the appointment after 1h, receptionist was very rude and chewing gum. So it is a good place for waiting and turning back without getting any services.

I would have given a no stars. This place is a fraud. They said everyone in the dental chair that day had a gum disease that needed a special treatment. I left went to another highly recommended dentist and was told my teeth and gums were good only needed a wisdom tooth extracted. They over bill when they come and give you the treatment plan cost after verification of your insurance but then come months later saying you owe money you truly don’t owe. You have been warned they are a fraud.

Unnecessary charges, doesn’t answer phone calls, and unorganized. I went in for a normal cleaning and was there longer than needed because they didn’t have any dental hygienist available. They even tried to make me come back later in the day but I refused because I had an appointment for a reason. The dentist ended up doing my cleaning. I had already vowed to never return because I can see how they do business at this point. Then I get a bill because they added unnecessary charges and saying that my insurance didn’t cover it. But it should’ve only been a normal routine cleaning that my insurance covers 100 %. They are clearly money hungry. And submitted a claim that included additional services just to get more money. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.
