I am never eager to go to the dentist. However, I have been to A Dental Care 3 times (Greenspoint location) in the last 2 months and have had a pleasant experience. Lilly is a wonderful dental hygienist. I had a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning, and I highly recommend Lilly. I have also seen Dr Bhawsar and his assistant Cindy, where I received excellent service during receiving a temporary crown and filling. I will have to return to receive the permanent crown in a couple of weeks, but I know that my experience will be just as smooth as my other visits. The service I received from Lilly, Cindy and Dr Bhawsar has been exceptional and I am happy with the results thus far.

Today I went to get a root canal retreat with Dr. Reyes and it was a wonderful experience didn't even feel when I was getting numb they were very patience with me since I was having a hard time being nervous but both Dr. Reyes and Ms. Karla did a great job. On Friday 01/27/2023 I went to my appoitment to get my treatment done with Dr. Dinh and my deep cleaning with Ms. Becky they both treat me very good and the front staff was fantastic even if I arrived 16min late they we're very patient with me.

Had a 10:40 appt. I arrived 20 mins early so they could verify my insurance. After it was verified. Waited while ppl coming in after me getting called to the back. One guy had a 1200 appt. He was early and got called to the back. I ask what was the problem. And the young lady said that she was trying to find out.i decided to leave a 11:30. I dont mind waiting but when you skip over me and taking ppl with later appts after me.... nope that's too much.

My initial appt was great -but-as I went in for other appts I was not very pleased with the run around service. I always received conflicting information and it started to give me an uneasy feeling which always prompted me to call before I go in bc I do not like to waste my time ! When I went in to get my crown procedure performed / placed - the dentist dropped it on the floor which was very unsanitary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not longer interested in getting anymore work performed at this office!

My veneer popped off while eating a bagel and this office was able to see me on the same day on a weekend. That alone is worth 5 stars but to top it off, the staff was incredibly friendly throughout the process. They were able to fix the problem in the same day and get me set up for another regular wellness appointment super fast and conveniently. The whole onboarding process was done via an online form prior to arriving which was so fast and convenient. I'll definitely be back for regular visits, orthodontics consult, and I'll refer them to family.

They were okay up until I got my wisdom teeth pulled. The doctor stated someone would do a follow up call and never did and he also stated if the medicine wasn't working to let him know and he would prescribe me something else. I'm in pain because the medicine prescribed isn't working, so I call the office to let them know and no one ever called me back, neither did I get a follow up call. It's been 2 days since they pulled and I'm in tears. Don't go here.
