I had a 7:00AM appointment. My cleaning was done before 7:30 and the doctor was absent when I chose to leave at 8:10AM. They book appointments more than an hour before there is a single dentist in the building! I wasted 40 minutes waiting and never got to see a dentist— so disrespectful to patients.

I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early, sign in and waited for 1hr 1/2 to end up not getting serviced. The establishment is extremely unprofessional and unkept. I do not recommend this location to be serviced.

Absolutely unprofessional, unsanitary, incompetent, DO NOT GO HERE. They make your first visit look presentable, complete downhill from there. Every appointment came with at least an hour long wait past the appointment time. Staff was never aware on what we were there for. Came in for a major procedure, none of the staff were prepared and immediately tried to reschedule us. We waited, and then watched the staff place the instruments and supplies for the procedure on COMPUTER PAPER, NO GLOVES ON. Like sure, these tools and instruments are then supposed to go into my mouth? Miss led on other procedures claiming to be priced at different rates, charged a higher rate months later. All medical records constantly changed and had inaccurate information listed. Our records had false procedures and appointments added. When questioned, no one in the office knew what they were doing or could answer questions when confronted about the false information. Called and visited 4 times in person to pay a balance, office staff didn't know how to do their job and take the payment. MULTIPLE attempts to pay and was hung up on because their staff is clearly stupid.
