Dr. Phi was very professional and did a very good job cleaning my teeth. She has been my family’s dentist for a while now and I would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Phi is a wonderful doctor. She’s compassionate and a true humanitarian with devoting her personal time and money to help those less fortunate. I’ve seen Dr. Phi for more than 15 years now and my entire family sees her as well. We are waiting for my 2year old to become old enough to see her. She has taken great care of me and my family. I would recommend her to everyone. Just an outstanding individual and her staff is just as amazing as she is. Viola.

The absolute worst dentist experience I've ever had in my life. The person cleaning my teeth was having small talk with her attendant the entire time. Most of the time she wasn't even looking at my teeth when cleaning which lead her to painfully dig into my gums. Would not recommend.

There’s a reason I drive 50 minutes to this place every time I need to get a teeth cleaning. My family and I have been coming here for years because their service and professionalism is unmatched. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and very good with kids. 6/5 stars

I’ve come to Dr. Phi for numerous preventative checkups, cleanings, and a wisdom teeth procedure. I can say that I never leave unsatisfied. Her professionalism and genuine care for her patients’ well being show through the work that she provides. Her office is well organized, extremely clean and beautifully set up. Her staff is also very professional in helping with any preop or post op instructions as well as assisting during the procedures. I highly recommend you going to her for great care of your teeth!

I am very picky when it come to dentist since I am very sensitive when it come to my teeth but this lady was very nice and sweet. I am very glad I got introduced to her, she did an amazing job with me.

I've been coming to Dr. Phi since 2001, (about 18 years now), and I am always completely satisfied with the care I've received. I've had a good deal of various procedures done, and am grateful for the care and considerations they have given me. They really have saved my teeth.

Every time I come here, I leave with my teeth feeling very fresh and clean! The staff is always super nice and pleasant and the office itself looks very nice and clean.

My visit with Dr. Phi was a great experience. I came in with with an emergency situation where I broke my tooth and she was very timely in getting me in. She gave me many options on what treatment I can receive and let me decide what I ultimately wanted to do. She restored my tooth so beautifully you can't even tell it was broken!

After I shopped around my area with three dentists, and paid $60 forXray, and cannot afford their charge. Finally on the way back from ACE store I saw the sign dentistry; I gamble, go ask for the cost of X-ray and extraction. The lady did not sweetly talk to me, but wanted to see my teeth. She told me right away”you had 3 teeth that cost $100 each,; 3 needed surgery$200 each. Never told me I have to do this or that. I realize she is very honest, because I already paid $60 for other dentist and told me to save one of them, come back next year after do this and so on. I heard the cost, and almost fainted, next year will be more. This dentist thinks I am old and have a gold mine in the back yard, Back to Crystal Van Anh, I had 6 teeth extracted yesterday, Dr. Crystal is super duper good. She did a good job that my previous dentists did not do. For instance, she numbs my gum, has a stick like the car jack keeping my mouth open(other dentist made me open my jaw, tiresome,and kill my muscle), I did not feel pain or muscle cramps, the best parts: her staff clearly explained to me what to do for post operative extraction besides written instruction, (none of my previous dentists did on one to one verbal explanation).After the job done, I was given antibiotic to prevent from infection, a tube of jel to fast healing,and more... I certainly give the dentist 100% satisfaction as well as her staff. I highly highly recommend this dentist to any patient, and also gladly answer any questions.

Don't go get your teeth done to this dentist. She doesn't do it right and try to claim your insurance money to the roof. I'm not recommend. If there's 0 star I would give this lady a big 0

Completely annoyed by their false analysis and way to scam me for my money. Had my teeth cleaned one or two weeks ago from this place. Well, I had received a call today from the same dentist and they insisted that I have a cavity and urged me to believe that it needed to be filled and crowned and asked if I could come in any time soon. However I have never felt any discomfort or pain in the tooth nor can I see any cavity. In return, I told them that it can't be true, and if so, they didn't tell me when they last x-rayed my teeth. She replied that "it's okay if you don't want to. you can wait till you feel the pain, and don't think I'm trying to take your money, i'm just trying to help you" which led me to believe that she just basically wanted my money....... So the same day I went to another professional dentist for consultation and to have my teeth x-rayed. No cavity could be found, but he did offer me to get my teeth crowned and reshaped, but was not necessarily needed. Instantly I thought of Willowchase Dental Center lying to me about the cavity, so I would think I NEEDed the filling and crowning of my teeth. They changed their location to 11427 Jones Rd.
