it's my first time in this clinic and I’m experiencing the positive reviews that were written at yelp. Its consistent from the receptionist, assistants , staff and the actual dentist. Their all very attentive and pleasant. The dentist took time to explain everything from diagnosis to possible treatment. I have no complain. place is neat and modern i like the vibe. Parking can be challenging at times but you can easily find a spot. definitely recommend this clinic. come check it yourself

I would give 10 stars if I could. I have a terrible fear of the dentist but this was on of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office . I was greeted at the front desk by Trina, Hadeel and Crystal which made me feel very welcomed. Later I met Dr.Banks, Lasharre , and Iesha everyone was so gentle and understanding of my fear and helped me feel as relaxed as possible. Awesome first time experience! Dr. Banks took additional time to go over my future treatment and I didn't feel l like she was rushing. She really made me feel like a patient with a provider who cares. As for my cleaning, Gina was extremely gentle and fast. I could ask for better service a dental office. While the dentists here are very nice, I took off of work and had this place reschedule on me less than an hour before, two different times. I had a root canal and crown done, but the crown was put on wrong and I had to take off another day of work just to have that fixed. I missed two of my cleanings because the front staff couldn't be bothered to return calls I kind of regret getting dental insurance last year because I thought this dentist was going to keep appointments. This place is BIG on apologies.
