Five Star Dentists

Yes the experience was flawless from the front desk to the dentist’s chair. I love this place and the expert gentle service provided. The dentist is not rough and explains everything she is doing including chiding about my brushing flossing habits. No pain during the treatment or after. I’ve had multiple fillings and crowns inserted over the lady 10 years from 5 Star. The office on 59 and Murphy Rd. deserves and gets a 5 + star rating from me!

I switched to Five Star a couple years back and honestly it was the best decision I’ve made. They truly are the best. Amazing staff and amazing smiles.

How can you call yourselves Five Star Dentists if you're not even at 4 stars on Google? Someone needs help with basic subtraction 🙄

If I could give zero stars I would. I was wanting to get veneers done with them so they put in a request with my insurance. They waited a month and a half to send the insurance further information they needed to complete their claim. They would never answer the phone when I called and when they did they had no idea what was going on. They apparently only show up to the office 3 days out of the week. Very unprofessional. It's been 4 months since my initial visit with them to get started and nothing has been accomplished. Now I will have to wait until September to get my braces off thanks to them. Don't waste your time here.

The receptionist Ruth is extremely rude, she has no personality and is very dry... so if you're a first timer and you're a little uneasy please refrain from coming here because this lady will make your entire experience a nightmare with here attitude. I am glad the dentist however was very polite in informative. I couldn't give it 5 stars because of Ruth. I will not be returning to this location ever!

I was able to get an appointment the same day and get an emergency tooth extraction. I will return for routine work and cleanings. The staff was super friendly and the equipment was state of art!

Been going to this place for 8 years and I would not change it. The manager Ruth is amazing, especially when you see the way she multitask around there. She knows exactly how to run that office. The assistants Gina and Angie are extremely comforting and helpful. They make you have a fun experience at the office. The doctors are very nice and have a lot of patience. I highly recommend this location to everyone adults and children.

Family Dentist. We all go there, my kids love them. Highly recommend them. They are very good with children and adults especially with the ones that are scared of the Dentist. They have a special way of calming us during treatment. Gotta love them! Very great team. Keep up the amazing work guys and thank you all for taking care of us.

I first only had a child with them but now they have both of my kids bcos they're doing great job. Both nurses and doctors are doing great job and friendly. Five star Dentists got all my family.

Both my daughters love this dentist the waiting room for kids they forget they we're at the dentist office. The ladies at the front desk have always been very helpful and courteous. My daughter got caps here the assistant helped ease my mind. the doctor wasn't very informative to my standards I felt she was trying to be in and out. We did have to go back when one was lose or it was swelling. Over the past few months the caps have been coming off so not sure if the paste was strong enough. Overall this is a good dentist and they also accept adult patients as well so that was a plus also.

Love the way the ladies know me and my daughter by sight and by name. A+ service. Hygienist is awesome Sauce too

Each time I go to the office. I feel comfortable and at peace with the Dentists. I have had quite a few procedures, I healed after extractions with no problems. Cleanings were thorough.

Only reason I picked this location was due to their proximity to my home and work. The fillings I got there had to be re-done twice because they showed signs of “shrinking.” I have never had that problem with previous dentists so clearly they use subpar materials for their patients. Also, they never. answer. the phones. Every time I try to call, no one answers, even if I call at different times of the day.

I called to schedule an appointment. The young lady who answered the phone was so unhelpful. And unwilling to find the answer to a simple question. “Can you check my insurance to se how much my exam will be.” She went on about how she can’t unless she knows if it’s a hmo or ppo plan. I told her I wasn’t sure but she could use my member id to find out. Although this office was on my insurance list of providers 😑 she refused to even try. Had she given just an ounce of effort she would have seen I have a discount plan which is neither. I work in an office and I check insurance all day. There is no reason she couldn’t even check. Obviously she needs to find a new career because working with the public isn’t her Forte. Get a new front desk. For the sake of your business or you will continue to loose business

I went there to get a tooth filled and after a short time the filling came out and then I went back to get the tooth refilled and the tooth kept getting infected afterwords and we decided to go to a different dentist who found some cotton inside of my tooth causing the tooth to get infected.
