Smile 32 Dentistry

After years of going to the dentist. They wait until the day before my appointment to tell me they no longer take my insurance to get my teeth clean at the end of the year. Poor way to treat your customer to wait until the day before to tell a customer you have to pay out of pocket to get your teeth clean. Think twice before going here.

I LOVE IT HERE!!!! I have been a patient for a few years and I have referred my entire immediate family. The office and medical staff are all amazing, friendly, and willing to share the wonderful knowledge we need and sometimes do not know when it comes to our dental health.

Wanted to take the time to write a review for Dr. Vakil and his staff. By far the most gentle dentist I’ve ever had. I have always had anxiety when it comes to dental work and this office made me feel at ease. Dr. Vakil has the most gentle hands unlike other dentist who just shoves the needle in your mouth. He is also a soft talker. He really takes the time to talk to you about your mouth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I finished my appointment smiling and looking forward to my next cleaning already! That’s NEVER happened before!

Wonderful small practice. The staff are friendly, kind, and compassionate. Clean and mostly private exam rooms, with a massage chair <bonus!> Very gentle hygienist who took care and time to make the visit comfortable. Attentively listened to my history and concerns. Doctor was lovely and conservative in his plan for dental work. Clearly not just in it for the $. Competitive, reasonable pricing. Booked future visits on the spot and the whole family will be visiting in the near future.

I'm so pleased with smile 32 dentistry. The staff is awesome they took great care of my mom both times she's been there. I recommend this office for all you dentistry needs

I started going to Dr Vakil in 2016. I wanted implants, but had to have bone reconstruction surgery. He did the bone reconstruction surgery and a year later he placed the implants. I went back in 2018 because the implants were loose and didn't feel right. They said they just needed to be tightened and everything would be fine. I then asked him about getting veneers for the rest of my teeth. He sold me on the veneers and I went in to get them done. He hired the same anesthesiologist that did my sedation for my bone reconstruction, but the anesthesiologist didn't ask me for any of my medications I was on. He started the IV and secured it with masking tape. The IV came out during the procedure and caused extravasation of anesthesia in my hand and arm. They pumped me up with so much sedation I don't even remember waking up. While I was under Dr Vakil took out one of my implants and replaced it with a bridge. I didn't consent to that. The veneers didn't reach my gum line so he put filler there and said he was going to fix everything. Well I had an appointment for him to fix everything and then 1 day before the appointment he called and said I was no longer a patient of his. I went to a REAL dentist today and found out the implants that Dr Vakil put in my mouth were placed wrong. The veneers he sold me are actually crowns. He had me pay for veneers and claimed some of the crowns on my insurance. Trust me when I tell you this dentist is no good. I have already reported him to the state board. I spent over $25,000.00 with this dentist and it's going to cost me $20,000 to get my teeth fixed from the work he did. Please don't be his next victim. REALY! I HAVE NOT BEEN A PATIENT???? I had such a great experience at Smile32 Dentistry from the moment I walked in the door. The office is very sleek, clean and modern and the front desk staff is very welcoming. The wait time was minimal and everything looked brand new. The dentist, Dr. Vakil, was very thorough in explaining everything and was very nice and pleasant. The dental hygienist, Michelle was great also and did a great job with my cleaning. As well, I got the ZOOM whitening treatment, which I had never done before but had a great experience with Sally who performed the treatment. As you can see from the pictures there was a clear whitening in my teeth and I am extremely happy with the results. I would highly recommend this office to any of my family and friends!

I've been a patient of Dr. Vakil for a few years now and have always had. Agreat experience. The appointments are always promptly set where there is never a long wait, the staff is awesome. I had an emergency today and was able to be worked in. Such caring individuals. Thank you all. I'm smiling again!

Not transparent with their prices and services. I was treated unfairly after being their customer for year and half. Please be careful about this place. I have a whole story to write about my horrible experience here but don't want to go on petty details. In nutshell, I wasn't delivered what I was charged for and there were some hidden treatment cost which were not disclosed before.

First time ever in houston and I broke a tooth. Smile 32 got me in within an hour and got everything taken care of. Best dentist I have ever dealt with. Everyone was so nice and helpful. If I ever come back to houston I will definitely use them again!

I have a dental phobia. I called everywhere and not one dental office sold me until I called Smile 32. Hearing someone like, Michael with such a positive energy and a very welcoming, positive attitude is enough for me to make my first appointment. I first came in last week and was told I needed exactly what I thought I needed. I went in knowing my mouth was bad. It’s years of smoking and just not being responsible enough to take care of myself. I accepted all the treatment and knew it would cost me a lot of money. After my exam, they told me a girl would see me and tell me how much it would cost. I wasn’t pressured into getting any work done instead I was given an option. I’ve never been to a dental office where I was “given an option”! Blew my mind away. She was very pleasant, very kind and most of all, heart warming. She made me feel VERY COMFORTABLE! Everyone in this office, especially the doctor is so professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t think I could ever fix my mouth again. Thank you Smile 32 for being so AWESOME and patient with me and giving me the confidence to SMILE again. Highly recommend their service

As we know there are people in this world who have unrealistic expectations and no matter how you try to accommodate, them or make them happy they will have negative things to say. Dr. Vakil at Smile 32 and his staff will take good care of you as if you were their family members. Smile 32 has the latest dental technology in the office and the staff stays up to date on current, and upcoming treatments in the dental field. Smile 32 is not a chain dentist office and is a private practice. The Smile 32 relates to the amount of teeth a mouth normally has. Many of my colleagues who have switched to Smile 32 are in love with his office and staff. Are you looking for a gentle dentist that is caring and ethical? Look no further as all of his staff are that way and will treat you exceptionally well. I have been going to Smile 32 for a long time and I cannot say enough good things about his office. I am typically very skeptical but my mind was completely at ease with Dr. Vakil, he was very thorough and really takes the time with his patients. The entire staff Is absolutely wonderful. If you want a dentist that really cares about what he does then I highly recommend Dr. Vakil

Omg, after trying several different dentists , I found THE ONE! I've had so many bad experiences with dentists and I got a mailer about Smile32 and decided to try it out! I needed some extensive work done and needed a good dentists. The moment I walked in for my consult Ashley welcomed me and we connected immediately and she knew what I wanted. The Dr Vakyl (I hope I spelt that right!) Is amazing! I've never had a dentist and his entire team care so much about me and my smile and self esteem and teeth! They went above and beyond. I had 2 bridges done and I can finally smile with confidence after waiting for 8 years to find a dentist to do the work and I am sooooo happy with how it turned out and how this team treated me. From the front desk to the Dr to the lab and every single person in this office. After searching for 8 years, I have found my new forever dentist. I highly recommend him! I already have one recommendation that came in for something that will change their entire smile and they too have been shocked at how amazing this team is! Thank you to the Dr and his entire team! I will recommend you for years to come! I went through a lot of awful things before I found such an amazing place! The first picture is the final product with both bridges in place and all crowns in too. The second picture was after they had shaved down the teeth and put temporary caps on. The two front teeth kept turning a nasty yellow color. I'm so thankful for the outcome! The guys at Smile32 did a great job on my son's teeth. Dr. Vakil was very kind, and the staff was always friendly. I would highly recommend them.
