If I could give her 100 stars I would. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rapolu. I had to have a crown on my front tooth. She did such an amazing job and I had zero discomfort. She is truly one of the nicest and most genuine dentist I have ever been to!

The Receptionist is horrible the dentist maybe really nice but unfortunately the lady who answered the phone has very poor manners. New patient trying to schedule a appointment and ran into this ... fill in the blanket . Sad

Very unprofessional called several times to get information for a possible booking woman very rude kept hanging up the phone . They never answered the phone. Just horrible customer service.

Dr. Rapolu is easily the best dentist I have ever had. Her explanation of teeth care and willingness to answer any and all questions and concerns is refreshing. She and her staff are very friendly, and have also been very flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments, even on short notice if necessary. While getting cavities filled is never a pleasant experience, Dr. Rapolu's skill in this area is unmatched in my experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve always been afraid of goin to the dentist so I would put it off as long as possible. Dr. R made sure I was comfortable and took her time to make sure I was comfortable and felt as little pain as possible .. she was great during my deep cleaning and only took a little under an hour completing two extractions on the same day. She was Awesome !!! She made sure I was aware of what was happening during the entire process and what needed to be done for after care. The staff is great as well and made me feel comfortable ! Never thought I would be saying this about a Dentist office lol but Thank you for a great experience !!!!

I love how Dr. Rapolu and the staff interacted with me. I came in for my face swelling and took me in right away. Next week is my extraction of my tooth! Kinda excited to get that out, and especially from that office. :-)

It is always a pleasant visit when I have to see the dentist. I love everything about this dentist from the friendly greeting and chats with Sonia the office manager to the great care and dental treatment Dr. Kavitha provides each and every time. This is the best dental care me and my wife have ever received!

Super accommodating staff. The are nice and well informed. They also take their time with you to make sure you understand.

I Love coming to this dentist office. Dr.Kavitha make you feel like you are at home more like family. Manager Ms.Sonia always have a pretty white smile beautiful teeth and a encouraging word. Most of all this dentist office have a good spirit peace and love. I highly recommend this Dentist office you will not regret it. Wish I could give more then five stars😊.

I am a 41 year old female that had frequent dentist visits as a child. But as I got older I grew away from the practice of keeping my routine dental visits due to fear, and uncertainty about the stories I would hear of going to the dentist. But I am here to tell you that today I finally mustered up the faith and visited Dr. Kavitha, at West Houston Denistry and my experience wasn't anything short of Amazing! When I walked in a was greeted by Dr. Kavitha herself, unbeknownst to me she was sitting working able to engage with her patients as they arrived, now remind you I am engaging small talk about what would take place still not knowing this is the Dr. I had no wait time, I was escorted to the back by Ms Jackie who also was very engaging with conversation making me feel comfortable and telling me what to expect. Jackie prepared me with X-rays and was very knowledgeable about what she was viewing she explained and told me what needed to be done to correct the issue at hand. This professional woman that I was greeted by when arriving then showed up and to my surprise it's Dr. Kavitha! She introduced herself and was briefed by Jackie and they looked over the X-rays to give me options and I then said yes let's go for it. I had to have a deep scale cleaning and instantly went into panic mode asking alkind of questions about the numbing process. Dr. Kavitha took her time and was very patient and assured me not to worry I would be in good hands and feel no discomfort and if so let her know and she would numb me some more. When I tell you I felt absolutely no discomfort from the numbing she was gentle and took her to to make sure I was comfortable and that in itself is why I will be a returning patient for all my dental needs. During my cleaning Tasha is another member of the team and she sat and and also gave me encouragement to relax everything would be fine and she was right, I appreciate the fact Tasha frequently came to check on Ms. Jackie and also make sure I was doin

This office is fantastic! They staff are very friendly and the doctor is so sweet. The atmosphere of the clinic is good; it helps in easing the anxiousness you may have when visiting the dentist. I would strongly recommend you visit them when you need some dental work done. They are excellent.

Fast and easy, no waiting

I was a patient at the Richmond Ave. location up until a couple of weeks ago. If I could, I would give separate ratings, one for the doctors and one for the office staff. Dr. Sahota and Dr. Sanjar are great. They are very kind and take the time to answer any questions you have. I have a fear of dental work and Dr. Sanjar calmed me right before my procedure and everything went perfect. The office staff on the other hand, is HORRIBLE. Shannon has a really bad attitude problem and could use some customer service training. The billing office quoted me incorrectly. I had to wait a month and call almost every day just to be refunded MY money back. I asked to be contact by the doctor numerous times and now, that still has not happened. Even before my procedure I had several questions for the doctor and never got a call back. I spent 2 weeks with extreme anxiety all because I couldn't get my questions answered. I should've cancelled my procedure at that point but due to the doctors being so good, I figured I would give it another try. The hygienist is wonderful and does a great. It really just seems to be the front office. I originally picked this practice because of the reviews and the fact they used ZocDoc. I filled out all of my forms on ZocDoc prior to coming in for a cleaning prior to my last procedure. When I arrived I was told that my paperwork couldn't be found and I had to fill it out again. I got halfway through filling the paperwork out AGAIN, when the lady from the front comes to tell me she found it. The front office is completely unorganized. They are rude and don't seem to value the patients. I don't know if the doctors are aware of these incidents because again, they have never returned my calls and I am sure the messages were never given to the doctors that I requested to speak with them. I ended up getting my refund back a month later and that was AFTER calling every day and getting the run around and being lied to each time.
