I needed a dental clearance letter for medical purposes. I made that very clear from the office to the doctor. The only requirement was to have no loose teeth or any infection. I had no infection or loose teeth. The doctor still wouldn’t sign it because they would have liked me to come back to start on there dental plan. I was so angry when I left there that day and had to go to a dentist who wasn’t all about getting more money.

Today was my first appointment with them. And it was great experience. Great customer service.

I had an emergency and they got me in immediately. Great people and very quick!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. My 3 year old son was seen to have his teeth cleaned. He was beyond excited to go in and meet “new friends” the staff made him feel so comfortable and he came out wanting to go back and have his teeth cleaned again.

Been a customer for 18 months. Been happy with the service. Showed up this morning for my 6month teeth cleaning. Sign on the door says they should be open, but no one was there. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to show up. All calls to the office went to voicemail. Disappointed by lack of communication, but concerned their limited hours in each of their two locations near me doesn't bode well for staying in business.

Dental assistant and dentist were courteous, accommodating, and communicated well- with me and with each other. Front office staff are efficient and friendly. Work done met expectations. Great experience.

Very professional everyone there did their job with care and well would recommend to friends and family.

Don’t trust them , they told me cleaning will be free but they gonna send you a bill and you have to pay that , very bad experience

Very disappointed, first they said your insurance will cover all , and when you done send you a bill for a thousand dollars , don’t trust them

Staff here is great, but only half my treatment was completed and was told they couldn't reschedule my next appointment and I'd have to call them to see if they had openings, random hours and only open one day a week left messages on voice mail about pain I was having, not return calls.... I'm sure if I owed them money they'd be all over me....skip this place, sounds like company issues.

Staff and Doctor were very nice, informative, and patient. Would recommend to anyone!

Very nice staff and people. I will not be going back. I scheduled an exam and cleaning. They did the exam and X-rays, then told me I could schedule a cleaning some other time unless I wanted to wait FOREVER to get a cleaning. I waited. The girl was very nice that was cleaning my teeth but very unprofessional. It was almost like she was not trained to clean teeth. The paste that they use to clean your teeth was flying out into my face and hair. All over! Also, when she went to floss my teeth she could not get the floss in and out very well. She dug into my gums and made them bleed because of so much pressure. LOOK, I floss all the time, properly and never had I ever had a problem with bleeding gums. The dentist came over again and flossed me again! He dug deep too and told me “if it doesn’t bleed, it doesn’t count”! I’ve never had such abuse done to my mouth! My husband came in the same week and they did the same thing to him! We will not be going back and would encourage this company to educate themselves better and just because it doesn’t bleed when we floss doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing. I would have given less stars, but I really do like the friendliness of everyone and bedside manners. On a side note, the office had dead bugs on the floor in the waiting room. At least they weren’t alive!

7/23/2019 I had gone to another dental office in the morning to get a crown reinnstall after if had pulled off the tooth and that company did not reattach the crown but they handed me a complete dental plan to restore previous dental work to their standards, they did not reattach the crown. In the late afternoon my wife suggested we stop by a couple of dental offices to check about getting the tooth fixed. I have The first place we stopped was Bright Now, I asked if they may have an appointment in the morning to get the tooth fixed. They said "do you have time now to get it fixed?" Got the crown reattached within an hour at a reasonable charge, paid cash and I am very pleased with the work and all the employees and Dentist. I will go back in the future! I have returned for a cleaning and exam. The office was very concerned about taking care to protect against the on-going virus. i felt very safe and comfortable that my health was not at risk. i am very pleased with the cleaning and answers to my question about needed care and the plan we came up with.

The staff is just amazing! I had a major dental emergency and they got me right in. Very comforting from the moment I walked in to check out. They explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. I have a huge fear of the dentist and they put me right at ease. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental experience
