The people are very nice there. They treat you with smile and patience. the service is good. That is the reason of their high rating score. They give you advice, comfort your concerns, make sure that you are comfortable. But I have to say, their facility seems to be not so updated, the equipment is not that advanced, as I see. This is only my observation.

Dr. Pham was very informative and friendly. The assistant (I believe her name was Jenna) was also very friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and I noticed they sanitized the patient chairs right away after the patient left. The front desk receptionist was also friendly and transparent about the costs of care and insurance.

The doctors and hygienists here are good at their jobs. However, I have had billing and communication issues with this office. Despite an unexpected fee being caused by the receptionist assuming I was covered instead of checking, they refused to admit fault. The next time I needed a filling, I asked the receptionist to call me the day before the procedure and give me an estimated cost, and I never received one. That means I had to go not knowing what I would be charged, or pay a $50 cancel fee. Additionally, they have criticized my decisions to seek care elsewhere: for an implant and clear aligners. However, there were no issues with the results of the aligners and this office would not answer their phone after calling multiple times throughout the week. So, I emailed them and it took over a week for them to reply, causing me to reach out to other offices that could schedule me sooner and answer my questions in a timely manner. If the receptionists here were more professional and punctual, I would recommend them to everyone I know. It is unfortunate that I have to work with them to see Stacey Rogers, who does an amazing job.

Haven't had a good dentist to go to in years. Found a great one today! From the front desk to the dental chair, I had a great experience today for my first visit. So glad I now have a quality dental office to go to. Jennifer, my hygienist, and Dr. Rogers were wonderful. I definitely recommend this practice.

I visited Seacoast Dental today and had a great dental cleaning with Jennifer. The hygienist started with a thorough health screening. She did a detailed screening of my mouth. I had one of the best teeth cleanings ever. I appreciate the quality since I am a retired dentist!

The front desk staff was extremely friendly as soon as we walked in the door. The hygienist and Dr. Rogers were fantastic with my son and made him feel comfortable. He was extremely well-behaved for an eight-year old at the dentist and a large reason for that was because of Dr. Rogers and her staff.
