I called as a new patient looking to book, as I am moving to the area. The receptionist told me the earliest she had was 4 months out. I decided I would have another cleaning with my current dentist (which she agreed was a wise choice) and wanted to book my new patient visit 6 months out. She rudely told me to call back in a few months to do that, because it was too far away and people cancel. I asked why I couldn’t book 6 months out now, as she was currently offering me her earliest at 4 months out. (Also, when you leave the dentist…they always book your next 6 month cleaning on the spot…) without responding she put me on hold. I didn’t bother waiting- I hung up and was booked with my current dentist today. I will definitely find a different dentist in the area, especially after reading other reviews about rude staff

Excellent office and professional services. Been going to Jefferson Dental for about 25 years now. Have moved further away, yet still make the trek every 6 months, because when you found the right dentist and hygienist you’re crazy to go elsewhere.

I am a dentist worst nightmare. I haven't been to a dentist in over 6 years. Michelle was my hygienist and man did she have her work cut out for her. She was unbelievable from the get go. She was patient and told me everything she was going to do next. I am truly happy I found Jefferson Dental!!!

Came from a bad experience at my previous dentist so I was a bit nervous but was instantly put at ease by Michelle who was my hygienist. She was amazing. Asked questions and actually seemed to care about my issues. The dentist who came in to check after she finished my cleaning and X-rays was kind and genuinely concerned about my previous experience and I finally felt I could ask questions and get answers. All around excellent experience. Highly recommended.

I had a great time at Jefferson Dental today when I went there for a six month dental check up and cleaning. My hygienist, Lisa Freeman, used a new painless high tech dental instrument for the cleaning and it felt so refreshing when she was finished. My teeth look and feel great now. I am very satisfied with my visit. Everyone in the office office is very courteous and professional.

I have been going to Jefferson Dental for over 15 years. The staff is great! Office is very clean, comfortable and safe. Doctor Hanzel is very knowledgeable and compassionate and Lisa my hygienist is the best! They have become like family and I love going to my appointments which not too many people say about going to the dentist!
