I had not been to the dentist in far too long and was looking for another one that was accepting new patients. The receptionist, hygienist and new to practice doctor were all fantastic. They put you at ease without difficulty and were gentle when doing the cleaning as well as giving advice/explaining thing. A+ work, thank you!

I’ve just had 2 root canals here with Dr. Harraj and the endodontics team at Capitol Hill and they’re amazing! Dr. Harraj is great at explaining the procedure beforehand and walking you through it as well, she checks in to make sure you’re comfortable and is happy to answer any questions to make her clients comfortable! The whole team over there is awesome, very welcoming and makes you feel at home, something I used to find rare for a dentist office! Highly recommend

A routine cleaning, today, revealed a unrelated problem with a loose crown. These great folks quickly adjusted so that the repair could be made on the spot, rather than my having to go without - possibly for weeks. Thanks!

Been going here for years now. I've never felt so comfortable at a dentist before. Never a wait. They work with you both financially and with your schedule. Very friendly, welcoming & HONEST. Highly recommend

I love Dr. Levin and always feel confident that I will receive his best care and the benefit of the finest professional opinion. He's the best! I also love my hygienist, Nicole. Of all hygienists I've gone to, I find that she is the most knowledgeable and intuitive by far. The amazing Veronica is a master at juggling the calendar and even more incredible at managing treatment plans and determining insurance coverage. Then, of course, there's the Lovely Leslie who I think is great at everything!!

I am waiting to get my veneers done by Dr. Levin an had my zoom appointment today, my teeth came out whiter than the whitest shade they had!! Also, payment was the exact amount they stated no extra charges. I was put in a warm blanket, in the massage chair, with that gorgeous painting on the ceiling..everything imaginable to try and make that uncomfortable zoom session as comfortable as possible for me (i have a small mouth and the mouth guard to keep my teeth open is never the easiest for me). Yet, I made it through and was checked on constantly to ensure I was okay. Linda assisted me and she was wonderful! The entire staff is the best :)

My fear's went away before the paperwork was done...

Best dental experience I have ever had! I moved to Providence last year but hadn't gone to the dentist because I was anxious about having waited a number of years to get my teeth cleaned. I had no reason to fear--everyone in Dr. Levin's office was incredibly understanding and warm. They are extremely positive and can-do. The office is state-of the-art. Dr. Levin and all of the women who work in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are really concerned that *you* understand what is going on in your mouth, and they explain things in crystal clear terms so that you can adjust your routines accordingly.
The hygenist Luda was just excellent--careful and very very kind. She didn't make me feel bad about having lapsed on my flossing. We talked about a new routine, and I have been sticking to it. Just what I had always hoped for when going to the dentist. Highly recommended!

The incompetence of this practice is astounding. the most subpar healthcare I have ever experienced. I told the dentist about a loose crown during at cleaning. they scheduled me out 3 weeks then cancelled the appointment on me. When the crown eventually popped off they made me wait 5 days for an appt, during which the “doctor” told me she “had no solution”. Run! I also overheard the receptionist tell a caller who was in extreme pain after a procedure that they would need to wait 3 days for an appointment. RUN!…….To follow up and further show how rude and unaware this business seems to be based on its response…I was able to find a dentist that very day who provided me with the proper patient care, a temporary crown, and a future appointment to fix permanently.

Great Dentist! I don't like going to the dentist as much as anyone, but this is a very professional office with friendly staff. Unfortunately just had to get a filling as I haven't been as diligent at getting in to dentists as I should be, but he made the experience pain free! Great at explaining exactly what needs to be done, why you are doing it, and what to expect. Would recommend to anyone!
