Runnnnnnnn want to talk about upsell yes the dentist. Good thing I'm very knowledgeable in the dental industry . From a new patient for a cleaning and they wanted 100s of dollars for a deep cleaning. Guys I have min plaque . Do yourself a favor. Don't go there. Crooks!!!!!! I just worried how many people they got away with this

I'm speaking on behalf of Herman Smalls who recently had Dylan's with Charlestown dentist everything went smooth no pressure on trying to get what you came there for they are very honest and upfront we came in not knowing what to expect but once we got in there our mind was at ease from the beginning to the end and we left there very very satisfied satisfied I would recommend everyone to go there I don't think you can get any better service from anyone else thanks Charles Town family dentist made our day

I’ve been going here for quite a while now which my daughter started first, I would recommend Cheales Towne Dentistry to anyone the staff is friendly and the hygienist is so funny and really makes you fell comfortable while cleaning always given very good advise, and my I add the Dentist himself is cute. So make your appointment and tell them if I told the truth

Extremely friendly staff. But most importantly they have know how to treat teeth. My gums used to bleed every time I brushed. Thanks to their scaling treatments I am now able to brush my teeth with no bleeding at all

Awesome experience! I chipped my tooth years ago and the bonded piece suddenly came off yesterday morning. I just moved here and didn't have a dentist yet but they sent me the new patient forms online and were able to see me that afternoon. They fixed my tooth in less than an hour. Very friendly staff and didn't waste any time getting me in and out. 10/10 would recommend.

Look, no one likes going to the dentist, but Charles Towne Family and Cosmetic Dentistry appears to be on a mission to change that. From the minute I walked into the unassuming building in West Ashley it was a great experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly and Dr. Orsimarsi is a pleasant, patient and cheerful individual. Every question I had was answered fully and everyone worked with me to organize the cost and payment details, rather than just drawing a hard line. The procedures were as painless as could be, and quick. Lets be honest, its going to hurt, no matter what, but going here showed me that it doesn't have to hurt for long.
I fully recommend Charles Towne, whether you are scared of the dentist or not. My teeth feel great, and after every trip they are getting better and better.

The dentist and staff are very friendly but although they serve children, they are not a pediatric dental group. I wish they had told me that from the beginning because it would have saved my family a lot of pain and money. My child always received excellent reports from the dentist but within a month of his last cleaning we noticed a visible cavity. Since they didn’t catch it we decided to take him to a pediatric dentist, who told us our son had 6 cavities, all undetected by Charles Towne Family Dentistry. You can imagine our shock and disappointment, especially since our son had just been seen by the dentist and given a clean bill of health. If you’re considering sending you child there, I advise you to go elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I both go here and we absolutely love these guys! they are so friendly, easy going and very knowledgeable. I found out some interesting information about my teeth when I was there that I was never told before (mind you it may not have happened up until then) however my point is they are very knowledgeable and a great place to go!! All the staff members are fantastic!! Highly recommend them!
