I tend to move often and usually go to the closest dentist which is how I found Dr. Alford. I haven't needed any dental treatment, and enjoy going for my dental cleanings. Dr. Alford is great as well as the staff. Everyone is friendly, and I've never had any problems! (I'll also stop by Chef Racks Garlic Crabs after my cleaning.)

Dr. Craig Alford and his staff are amazing! From the moment I called to make an appointment to the time I left from my appointment, I had such a wonderful experience! Megan was so awesome at getting me an appointment and making me feel welcomed way before I even came through the doors! Tiffany was my amazing hygienist who explained everything step by step of what to expect during my procedure and boy can she clean some teeth! I’m still smiling! Lol! Dr. Alford was very thorough in the breakdown of the next steps to take with my dental care. They are all so knowledgeable and happy with what they do. They truly make you feel like you’re family. Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist office. I was treated very poorly and won’t be returning.

One of the best in the area!! I look forward to my dental visits. Never have I experienced a higher level of peace and trust when going to the dentist. I have always felt safe and secure when going to the dentist. I basically go to sleep in the chair. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. I get my teeth cleaned three times a year. The entire staff makes me feel comfortable and important. My needs are always first. I have never been asked to get unnecessary additional services like the other dental offices. If you want a healthy and clean smile, see Dr. Craig Alford. He is the best!!

I had to have repair work done on upper teeth. During one of my appointments, Dr. Alford had an emergency patient come in, but he stayed late in order to work through what I needed done. He and his staff are friendly, courteous, and hard working. He really goes well out of his way to do what is in your best interest, while being careful to balance the economics of your situation. He's willing to go the extra mile (or more) to give you the best possible value.
My experiences with Dr. Alford have been that of caring, generosity, and great skill. He's really made a difference in my life. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.

Dr. Alford and his staff are excellent! I have been his patient since 2016 and I had to get a filling yesterday on short notice. They made room for me the same day, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Kudos to Belita, Tiffany, and Lauren and especially Dr. Alford. If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Alford. 👍👍

Very disappointed. I asked for a Saturday appt specifically because I work Monday to Friday and can’t take off. Came Saturday for my appointment after waiting 2 weeks and then waited 2 hours for them to tell me they would call me Monday with how much it would be because they couldn’t see my insurance. Went outside called my insurance myself and they told me my insurance didn’t cover anything and it would be $650 to clean my teeth even thought I was in network. Went to another dentist the following week and got my teeth cleaned through my insurance for $24. Staff was unprofessional and it was a waste of time and gas. Glad I didn’t waste the money and let them scam me

Friendly staff BUT always overbook patients. I know there are times when unexpected incidents occur during a visit. But I’ve waited over 25 minutes before being seen by Dr. Alford or his staff 3 times, I’ve waited 5 times for over 45 minutes to be seen before I left. Dr. Alford has total disregard for others times. On my last visit I explained why I was leaving and advised I would NOT be returning. You would have thought someone would have contact me; oh well I’ll return to my old dentist.
