Very friendly staff with the ones we interacted with, however just asked or be aware of services. My Mom had a routine cleaning and didn't know her insurance Wasn't covering it until after the cleaning. She already reached her maximum for the year. I wasn't there with her. I'm sure if she was informed beforehand, she would've cancelled the appointment and waited until 2023

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. They are by far the BEST dental practice in the Low Country. Their staff is knowledgeable, sweet, honest, helpful, friendly, and on time. I can’t say enough great things. They also have a new periodontist on staff Dr. Davis whom performed my recent gum surgery and oh my gosh! My teeth and gums are amazing! I wish I had done this sooner. He gave me a smile I have dreamed about. If your thinking about going trust me you should already be there.
