I'd give Bela family dentistry a 10 star review if I could. I got online to get a new dentist & I was contacted immediately by Joyce. Many practices in the area waited 4-5 days to respond. They had a cancelation & I was able to get in 2 weeks early. Whitney the receptionist was very welcoming. Monica the dental asst did comprehensive x-rays which I've never had. Very high tech. (I haven't met Shanice (dent asst) yet but from my whole experience I'm certain she's top notch also.) I was able to get a cleaning the 1st day from Sara! She knows her stuff. She got a stain off my front tooth that I've had for several years. She was gentle & made the experience a lot fun. Dr Shelli had a way of engaging in a warm patient /Dr repertoire where I could understand all her explanations of my service plan. Stephanie the office manager explained in great detail what my insurance plan covers. I can not say enough good in regard to this dentistry practice & I highly recommend them. They all made getting dental work easy peezy!

I found Bela Family Dentistry on Google. I had a dental emergency and wanted to find somewhere to fix my issue as soon as possible. I walked in at 7:30 a.m. and explained what happened. They were welcoming and was able to get my issue resolved while still tending to their patients who had appointments. I am unable to put into words how I felt leaving! I need some extensive dental work, they talked me through the entire process. They offered me a pillow, blanket and warm towel to clean my face once the procedure was done. I highly recommend!!!

Today was my first visit to Bela Family Dentistry. They clearly have an absolute-complete understanding of how to welcome and educate their new patients on how “gentle dentistry” should be done. Dr. Shelli and her staff are the most compassionate and caring group of professionals that my family and I have had the pleasure of working with.
