Delite Dental

Delite Dental was able to schedule my 6 month cleaning in the next day when I called. I was very impressed by this. However, on the day of my appointment, I received a call asking if I could come in now (1 hour and 15 minutes before I was scheduled) or 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I could not do either because I was already leaving work early and could not leave any earlier. When I explained this, the lady said the dentists may not be able to stay because they close at 4. She also explained she did not realize new patient appointments were 1.5 hours long and she had only scheduled me for 1 hour, creating a conflict. Fortunately, they were able to keep my 3:00pm appointment, but I was taken back that there seemed to be a possibility they would have to reschedule me because of their mistake. We are all human and people make mistakes; however, this mistake should've been caught a little earlier than an hour and fifteen minutes before my appointment. I know scheduling the day before doesn't leave much room to find this mistake, but I really hesitated keeping the entire appointment after the conversation.

I was happy with my 6 month checkup though. My hygienist's name was Amanda, and she was very knowledgeable and nice. She let me know about some products she recommended (mouthwash, toothpaste, and WakerPik) but was not pushy. I appreciated her explaining things to me, too.

I scheduled fillings for the next day and was very happy with the entire appointment. I think the dental assistant's name was Tiffany. (I am so sorry if that is not it.) She was calming and attentive. I was nervous about the numbing shots, and she really made me feel less anxious. Dr Kim was great. He understood my anxiety and even told me about her personal experience to relate. I feel like he took great care with my mouth and explained each step of my fillings since I had not had anything more than a pit cavity before.

Though I gave 4 stars, I did make my next 6-month appointment and would recommend this office to friends and family.

I used to hate going to the dentist. Now I have no problem. Great work done with me. They are also very accommodating. Office is modern and clean. I’m very glad I found a dentist I will continue to go to regularly. If you’re in need of dentistry, I would recommend Delite for sure.

This is a great dentist! I just had a cleaning, 2 crowns and a filling. I was dreading this work for several months but it was an absolutely wonderful experience at this office. Audrey is great she makes you feel at ease even in a dental chair! I can’t say enough good things about Delite Dental!

So I'm not a big fan of dentists in general. But Delite Dental put me at ease from the moment I stepped through the door. They are genuinely sweet and kind. Their office is conveniently located and the interior is new, clean, and modern. I highly recommend!!

This is a follow up to my first experience... This practice is truly wonderful! I can't say one bad thing about ANY of the employees. I never thought I would get over my Dental phobia, but it is gone! I have been back several times and I feel so comfortable there now! They have even gone an beyond to help me with the financial aspect. I HIGHLY recommend delite dental!!!

I had so much anxiety about going to the dentist, due to a previous horrible experience elsewhere.
My fears were put to ease at Delite. The tech was amazing, x-rays were painless, cleaning was painless( even though I was having tooth pain).
5 stars isn't enough. Also, they referred me somewhere today for a root canal and tonight I am pain free! Top notch practice.

Dr. Lee, Dr. Kim an the team are absolutely amazing. From the time you walk in the door you feel welcomed. They take the time to understand your dental needs, concerns and addresses them with care. I can't say enough good things about Delite Dental! They don't treat you like a number, they really care about their patients. So much so that they sent us a gift after the birth of our second child. They take the time to explain things to you. They are extremely patient with children. We had a MUCH better experience here than we did at a pediatric only dentist office. They make you feel welcome here! I wouldn't want my family to go anywhere else.

I love Delite Dental! The dentists are wonderful! They are very kind and patient and answer any and all questions you may have. You can tell that they care about your dental health more than the bottom line! I have been to many dentists here and they are by far the best! I couldn't recommend them enough.

They are are some of the kindest people I have met. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone in the office is personable from start to finish. They treat patients like family. The help you financially as much as the possible can. I would recommend them to everyone!
