Downtown dental is truly amazing. We came in today in an emergent situation where my husband was in unbelievable pain. They were so kind, compassionate and amazing.. They explained everything so fully, took great care of him and made a horrible pain into a great experience. They even provided my rambunctious one year old with toys. Everyone from the office manager to the hygienists to the amazing Dr himself. The care they give is truly top notch and we will never go anywhere else. THANK YOU DOWNTOWN DENTAL ā¤

This was my first time visiting Downtown Dental with Dr. Krump and his team, they were all very professional, friendly and organized. I brought my 1 year old daughter with me to get her teeth checked as well and received some really great education around her dental development as well and how I can be proactive. They were all great with her and made it such a painless experience. I would 100% recommend anyone to Dr. Krump for any of their dental needs and will continue to take my family there as well!

I cannot say enough nice things about Downtown Dental! I am new to the area and had a mini-dental emergency. The kind receptionist rearranged a few things on their schedule and managed to squeeze me in the same day! I have since been back to have a thorough exam and teeth cleaning and everyone on the staff is awesome. Dr. Krump is amazing too. I couldn't have asked for more! Truly, this was the BEST experience I have ever had with a dentist and his staff! If you're looking for a dentist that will take the time to explain all your options for dental treatment, Dr. Krump is your man!

EDIT: We were told our insurance was accepted and the dentist was in-network before we made our appointment. After treatment, we were then told the dentist is NOT in-network. Ended up with a few hundred dollars that we were not expecting. Also took them over a year to send a bill!!!

The dentist Mike was very unprofessional. I could hear him flirting with one of his patients in the next room and made suggestive comments to me after he finally came into my room. Not only was his breath bad but his narcissistic tone was unbecoming of someone who calls himself a doctor.
