Well , normally you say Dentist and … Y’all know what I mean ! But These people here at Orchard meadows Family dental Are just Awesome , there is coffee , tea , Water In the waiting room !! And a massage chair for you to relax , while you get your Dental cleaning or fillings ETC .. done ! A TV to watch straight above your head . Very caring Staff ! They make sure that you are comfortable and that you don’t have pain! I Had a cleaning done , my teeth are white and again !
Went back received 2 fillings , they weren’t pushy , They told me it’s my mouth I can do what I want , And choose when I want to do it ! I highly recommend Orchard Meadows
Caring Dentists , Staff : When your all done homemade , chocolate chip cookies waiting for you , Not Scared to go to Dentist anymore , these guys are Wonderful ! Thank you all !!

As always...Orchard meadows has taken very good care of me.I am very happy with the dentures I got from them.They fit wonderfully with no pain and they took care of any adjustments I need along the way.Dr Mark pulled my 23 teeth in a very short time and with general pain injections.I was not under sedation.The same with my implant procedure.
4 Implants.. no sedation..no pain..remarkable results.I recommend Orchard Meadows to anyone I talk to that is considering dental work of any kind .
All of the staff are nice..knowledgeable.. professional..and courteous.
I cant say enough about all of the treatment I have had there,.
They even give away very nice door prizes and fresh cookies.

I had a tooth extraction done after having a cleaning a few weeks prior. Dr Brady and all the staff there are very friendly and understand dental anxiety very well. I am so glad I chose them for my dental care. It has probably been the smoothest experience I’ve ever had as far as seeing dentists and getting my teeth fixed. They explain procedures, costs and everything up front so there isn’t a surprise bill at the end. Everyone from the reception/waiting room to the staff in the back are all friendly and understanding.

My visits to Orchard Meadows family dental and denture clinic! Every staff member from the front desk, to the assistants, the girls checking you out and the billing staff are hands down amazing! When I come to see Cassie she immediately puts me at ease,with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit , Cassie always takes the time to show me my problem areas, we discuss problem areas and what I need to change. I have never had a hygienist do this before. Her knowledge has helped me to educate myself why it’s so important to see your dentist/ hygienist on a regular basis!!! I never feel rushed. Cassie and the whole staff have a special way of making your visit personalized, comfortable and stress-free. Thank you Cassie and the staff for being so amazing!!!

How lucky am I to have seen the guy voted best dentist in the black hills? Especially because it’s the truth. I can’t say enough about the entire staff of OMFD.
The front desk staff is the best I’ve ever seen in any office, ever!!! They’re amazing on the phone, they check your insurance, and they’re us up front as possible about pricing!!! Plus they’re incredibly kind every time I go in and pretty funny, too.
I also love the hygienists there! I’ve seen a few and they’re sweeter than pie. They legitimately make getting your teeth cleaned an enjoyable experience.
The assistants are just as amazing!!! They make sure you’re taken care of and go above and beyond to treat you like family.
Run, don’t walk, to the best dental office you’ll ever encounter!

This place is amazing. I had a horrible accident on a holiday and needed emergency surgery. They found the time in their already packed schedule and two days after the accident I'm home recuperating from what I was sure would ruin my mouth forever and thanks to Dr Garner l have some hope at normalcy again. He made me a retainer with the front teeth I
had to have removed, you literally cannot tell they aren't attached anymore. Amazing! These guys were already my dentists, I now see them as much more than that. The personal care I got, I just can't say enough about how much that means. They already get my recommendation, I don't know what else I can do to show my appreciation but I will figure something out. Recommend recommend recommend!!!

They seem to care more about their schedule than working with the patients availability. Tried to set a time for getting fitted for new dentures a couple of days after my initial visit because I was going to be off that day. Any time would have worked. But because the dentist I saw the first time was not going to be there they wouldn't work with me. A twenty minute job to take forms and they wouldn't try to work me in. Suggested the day before late morning when the dentist would be there. I can't do that short of notice with my job. I guess I keep looking for one that is more flexible. They lost a sale plus referrals.

We learned of Orchard Meadows by researching dental clinics which had 250 or more reviews and ratings of 4.9 or higher stars within a two-hour travel radius. We wanted to find a clinic that took lots of pride in their work and really cared about their patients' experience.

Not only did we find that in Orchard Meadows, but they also provided excellent service to military veterans by participating in "Freedom Day" an annual event where veterans could be seen for complimentary cleanings, fillings, and some other particular services. We were so grateful to be cared for by the team members at this year's Freedom Day. They thoughtfully inquired on how else they might improve our dental situation during our visit and absolutely came through on making us comfortable, cared for, and healthier.

They seemed genuinely eager to see us back for next year's Freedom Day, but we think we'd like for them to be a regular fixture in our dental health.

I can not begin to say enough great things about this place. I have had a lot of bad experiences and after today the fears I had are no longer fears. When you walk in the front door you are greeted with the most welcoming and genuine smile. Then you get to the back and are greeted with the same welcoming feeling, they are knowledgeable and kind and always make sure you feel comfortable both physically and mentally. When it comes time to check out and pay, that staff is very kind and professional as well. I wouldn't suggest going to anywhere else. This clinic is the amazing.

Orchard Meadows and it's staff are amazing. Their customer service and care far exceeded my expectations. This company cares about their customers. From the moment you arrive till the time you leave you feel welcome by everyone. I was referred by a customer & it's the best decision that I could have ever made. They will work out a plan with you insurance or no insurance. They do not judge you, instead they will treat you like family. They go above & beyond what you would expect from a dentist office.
