I'll never go anywhere else. Dr. Garner and his staff are so professional and friendly. They do their best to work you in sooner if needed. I love cancellation lists and they use it. I was told there were two ways I could go with my dental needs and I could choose. They are so very honest. I needless to say I would recommend them to anyone.

I was treated very poorly at Orchard Dental. I have twice scheduled an appointment and they have rescheduled each appointment (last minute) without letting me know... When asking about this miscommunication, I was given attitude and treated as if it was my fault that the dentist could not not see me each time. Both times, their office called my husbands phone, who travels and is not my keeper, to inform him of the change. When rescheduling the appointment, they actually thought it made sense to reschedule, date and send a letter informing me of this change the day of my missed rescheduled apt! I asked for an apology for their lack of prompt communication and have still received nothing. They sure do have a nice facility, with all the bells and whistles, but if you want good care, I would suggest saving yourself a giant head ache and go else where!

It had been many years since I had my teeth cleaned.. I was suggested to Orchard Meadows by my aunt and best friend. Haley BeVier was my dental hygienist there and I can’t tell you how good of an experience she made if for both myself and my boyfriend (who is deathly scared of dental offices). Unfortunately I had many cavities that needed to be filled. Doctor Brady and his awesome assistants took very good care of me during an uncomfortable time and got my teeth looking and feeling nice again. 10/10 recommend Orchard Meadows in Rapid City for any dental needs.

Dr Mark and his staff are the best. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. I reccomend them to everyone and anyone who is in need of dental work. I promise you will walk away with a smile!!!

First visit, but I can say that this is a great dentist office. The staff are warm and caring and the dentist spent lots of time with me fully explaining my procedure, then he even contacted me later to make sure I was alright - what service!! I am a chicken about dentists, but even I feel confident in recommending this office.

Nearly painless tooth extraction!

I had 3 teeth removed. Aside from some mild (very mild) discomfort from injecting the anesthetic, my extractions were quick and easy. ** I swear it ** I have had more painful manicures!

Everyone at Orchard Meadows is friendly and kind. Absolutely NO judgment about one's dental health. It's essentially painless, and their rates are beyond reasonable. They give you a printout of all costs involved in a treatment plan ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect (I really appreciated that!)

Dr. Mark Garner and his staff are the solution to dental fear and avoidance. Truly a blessing!
