Drove up from Texas to work for a couple of months with my company and was in need of a dental check up. Larissa was very attentive and helpful when I walked in. Jessica was very kind and tried her best to keep me calm and very informative. Katie was one for the sweetest hygienist I have ever met. She explained things in detailed and went out her way to help me understand insurance coverages and procedures. Definitely a great experience!

The whole team at Aspen couldn’t have been more thorough than they were on my first visit there. The health of my smile seemed of actual importance to them and I now have an understanding of where my oral health stands. Thank you for the time and effort, you guys earned my business.

I was told over the phone that without ins my husband could be seen to have his cracked tooth fixed for $140. They charged him that amount, took an X-ray he didn’t need and he still left with the broken tooth! They had called neighborhood dental who sent his X-rays, plus they have advertised everywhere your first set of X-rays are free. Apparently not! So when he returned home I called around and got him in somewhere that fixed it that same day and didn’t charge him $400+ the do so! This place is a rip off! When I called back and asked to talk to the office manager the woman that answered said she was and her name was Clarissa. I went over my conversation with the representative I spoke with the day before and she was quite rude about it. I tried to call back multiple times throughout the day to cancel my husbands appt he had for tomorrow morning and everytime it would go to voicemail. I left 2 messages but we didn’t want our credit card charged for a missed appt so I wanted to speak with someone. I finally called again but chose different options and Lo and behold Clarissa answered. It’s like they were dodging my phone calls all day! Rude and unprofessional! I would never recommend Aspen Dental Ever! I wish I didn’t even have to give it 1 star. Worst experience ever.

First time customer, hadn't had dental work done for a while. Great service. Very knowledgeable technicians which informed me. The doctor made me feel comfortable and confident in the play they had set forth for me. They took x-rays and made a plan to get my teeth back on track. Had my wisdom teeth removed by their oral surgeon that they scheduled. Very professional surgeon, his staff and he moved like clockwork. The office staff is very friendly and they keep things moving ensuring you are comfortable and know what is happening and will be happening. Also have great financial options.

I came in for a cavity and dentist and tech were amazing and funny.. I have been coming to Aspen Dental for years living all over the country. and I would say by far this location. The tech Jessica was amazing and funny. Hung out and talked while waiting for Novocain to kick in. Highly recommend 41st street location

I went here for visits for 2 years and should have left way sooner. They never did get anything worked out with my insurance so I had to pay for everything. On one visit I sat in the chair for no less than 5 hours waiting for my cleaning because they had an "emergency." I was the last patient to leave the facility. I can understand an emergency but 5 hours? Their water pick left my gums swollen and sore for hours. The final straw was when I came in for a filling, and they prepped me for a crown without asking my permission. I only found out they did it after the procedure was done. Talking to their billing person after they said with my insurance it wouldn't cost anything. They never did get insurance to pay for it. I spent months talking to my insurance company who said they hadn't sent paperwork over. I gave up and paid it myself. Each visit they loaded me up with products to use on my teeth. Large bottles of mouth wash they would ask me to use for a short time and never finish. They are definitely out to gouge insurance and rack up the additional costs. Please avoid this dentist chain.

The entire staff is fantastic, from Derick at the front desk, to Kelley in Xray and scan, Katie the hygienist, Rose in payments/billing, to Dr. Machi. They work well as a team and are, individually, stellar at what they each do. I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

After x-ray and exam fees!
Aspen Dental had me in and the tooth in about an hour, with the local antistatic it was painless!
Uncomfortable at times. But considering how felt when I came,
And how I feel today, so glad I stopped there.

The hygenist and dental assistants were very nice and informative. The dentist was very nice and took the time to listen to my concerns and go over my options of my dental plan. The insurance rep was extremely nice and friendly and front desk was the same.

Only place to get me in for an emergency extraction. Friendly. Working with me to plan my next visits. Highly recommend!!!
