Remind you at least 6 times before your appointment, which i get that they don't want me to miss, but honestly...
This finance team is mediocre at best. I was quoted an amount that my insurance was going to cover, but after i agreed it magically changed making me spend more out of pocket. It was shifty and now I have to wait 2 weeks to make a payment because they don't know what my total amount is...
As some one mentioned before there are not that many Dentists so expect to wait a LONG time for anything major.
This is sadly the first and last time i will deal with Aspen :/

Was not happy. Will never refer anybody here. Was in pain. They didn't do anything. Than when I could not afford there $2900 treatment plan. They would not just pull the broken tooth. I could afford a pulled tooth, that way I would be happy and out of pain. But they refused to just pull the tooth. So 4 days later I got into a different dentist that fixed my tooth for little of nothing out of pocket. So I will never refer or go back to aspen dental. If your a millonair than they might be a place to go if you want to loose that millionaire statice.

Felt like a money making scam that everyone from the nurse to the doctor to the finance person was in on together. They were definitely there to meet sales quotas versus to give the best possible care. Also, the appointment was strung out to nearly 3-hours!

Wretched my wife's mouth bone graphing is going to have to be done.
Miss quoted us on insurance by showing us that they were going to cover so much and we just had to pay up front so we did and 2 months later. They gave us another bill of about the same amount saying insurance didn't cover certain things.
Horrible company high suggest using a oral surgeon not associated with a chain company.

My appointment was at 4 PM on July 26. I was taken back to the room at 4:45. And I was not seen until 540. Seemed to get a little long to wait, but this is the second time this is happened at your office with my appointments. Would hope there would be some improvement next time. Maybe you run behind every night. Great staff and nice office!

I called aspen dental as a new patient and needed a crown to be re cemented. The lady told me to come in at 1:15 yesterday. I got there by 1 and filled out the paperwork in about 5 minutes. They took me back to do X-rays and did 18 of them. The girl was very nice that did them. I was then taken in to a room and told a hygienist would be with me to do an exam. She looked at my teeth and also probed them. I had just had my teeth cleaned 6 months before this but she found a bunch of 4’s and also some bleeding. I’ve never had probing hurt as bad as it did this time so of course I bled, I’m also on blood thinners. So I was told I’d need a special cleaning etc. I mentioned to her that I needed to be back to work by 3 as well. Then the Dr. comes in after a long time and does an exam and tells me what all I need done. I tell her as well that I need to be back to work by 3 and by now it’s 2:30 ish.. she tells me I should probably have them do a new crown, even tho mine is 6 months old and still in perfect condition and she leaves. I wait and wait and wait and finally tell another girl I have to leave because it’s 2:55 and takes me 15 minutes to get back to work. So I was there for 2 hours and didn’t get what I needed done, just a treatment plan made and told I should buy an oral B because they are better than the sonicare I have. Today I get to office at 7:50, taken to a room about 8:04 and wait until about 8:55 for the doctor to finally come in. The cementing takes 5 minutes. That’s all I wanted done in the first place. I wasted over 3 hours for this whole ordeal.
. I was also upset from sitting there so long and in pain and wrote a check for the cementing. Last week checks got stolen but I had the one checkbook still in my wallet and wrote the check out of habit from that checkbook. I get back to work and realize a little later that I had done that and call and tell them that acct is closed but I was putting another check in the mail from my new acct. She was fine with that. Then I get a voicemail around 5 saying that she talked to her manager and they can’t hold the check and have to put it through. I called back and left a vm telling them again that the check will come back. It’s not holding a check, they would get a new check in 2 Days. These people are money hungry, they seriously can’t wait 2 Days!? After waiting as long as I did I shouldn’t have had to pay for it in the first place. All they want is money .. that’s what I get for going to a corporate dentist.
Also while I was waiting there I read some other reviews and a lot of other people had same issues as me with how long they were there. A limited exam and PA should have been done, at the most, I used to work for a dental office. This was crazy

WATCH OUT: they are a business in to make a profit before they are a medical practice. I will never step foot in another Aspen Dental. I have been going to the dentist regularly since the early 1950s and for the past 30 years been going for semi-annual check ups and cleanings. I had to change dentist because of a change of insurance and I am retired. Their entire practice is predicated on getting as much of your money as they can get. They tried to say I need periodontal treatments, which no DDS has ever even indicated the need at a cost of nearly $1000.00 and the DDS who saw me was in the exam room for less than 5 minutes and never mentioned it. They would not even give my teeth a cleaning without going through their prescribed treatments. I walked out after telling them I would never pay their prices for services that were not needed. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
