I feel bad that I have to leave one star for this review! I had a crown put in at this dental office on a back tooth last july and it was QUITE sensitive to hot and cold to the point where it was uncomfortable to eat or drink on that side. After 7 months it is still quite sensitive to hot and cold. I've had dental work before and it would be sensitive for a week or two but not 7 months. I told him about it twice and he claims that my pop drinking and not his dental work had anything to do with that tooth being sensitive. I've drank pop all of my life and don't believe that is why that tooth is still sensitive to hot and cold especially since that tooth wasn't sensitive before it was crowned! Apparently, he must have missed something during the procedure. Dr.Ballard just made excuses and made NO effort to fix the problem with the crown! P.s. he also used a cavitron to clean my teeth which vibrated and was very uncomfortable and in all my over 50 years I've never had a dentist use one of these on my teeth! Update. I went to a different dentist about the crown that Dr. Ballard did that was giving me trouble and through their investigation of the crown they found out that the crown was poor-fitting and had some decay left underneath the crown 'which should have been drilled out' that decayed down to the nerve and now I'll probably need a 1200 dollar root-canal after going here. P.s. they also refused to transfer my x-ray records to my new dentist so I had to get new x-rays when I didn't need to and I had to pay a co-pay for them.

Had a front tooth break. Explained my situation, and they got me in the same day. Worked with me and fixed my tooth. Very awesome/soothing dentist. A hidden gem. Highly recommend...you don't see many places exist like this nowadays!!
