I have been here before for cleanings and the doctors were great. However, I tried to call and schedule an appointment for a cleaning for my daughter and I. Madeleine informed me that we have been dismissed from Southeastern Dental due to financials (my daughter is not in network and I didn’t pay upfront for my cleaning) and for “not showing up to an appointment” (They didn’t have any masked to provided and I didn’t have one). This is discrimination at its finest!!!!

I have been going to this dental office for several years at this point. I've never had any issues and the staff has been more than accommodating to my schedule, even on short notice.
I've actually had work done with all of the dentists in separate events, based on my schedule. All of them have been very personable and set clear expectations for my appointment. They follow up afterwards and are very professional.
The office is new, everything is comfortable, they have taken covid precautions seriously and clearly communicated to their patients.
I see another reviewer indicated they had to cover the costs as the office was out of network, and it appears the reviewer must not be aware of how insurance in the United States works. Prior to my appointment the staff has always confirmed my insurance is still accurate and confirmed I'm still in network (it appears they did advise said reviewer when it wasn't).

The dental clinic of my dreams - modern, clean and beautifully designed. Dr. Melissa Gibson is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s a master of her profession, but she’s also caring and makes me feel comfortable during each and every procedure. Despite my nervousness at dental clinics, I always feel at ease at Southeastern Dental.

I have been a patient here for almost 4 years. The services I have received have been exemplary! Truly though, the staff is what makes any dental office stand out among the rest and this team knocks it out of the park. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and a welcoming hello from the front desk staff. Then you are welcomed by your hygienist, and the other staff that you have met before are quick to give you a warm greeting as well. You end up feeling like you are with good friends and knowing that you are going to be well cared for. I have also had the pleasure of having each dentist. Dr. Goede, Dr. Gibson, Dr. Kohler, and Dr. Kern, while different in personalities, are still so friendly and extremely professional. The front desk staff, hygienists, assistants, office manager, and the doctors make the experience calm and relaxing. You leave SE Dental Center knowing that you have received the best dental care possible.

My Mom goes there and she "hates" dentists because she suffers from significant anxiety. Somehow, she apparently loves Dr. Kohler's demeanor because she almost seems like she looks forward to the visits. I'm sure that may change if she ever needs a root canal, haha. Seems like a well run office.
