It was my first visit ever to Dana Dental…. Everything about my appointment went fantastic from the front desk ladies checking me in, to the dental assistant doing my xrays, to the dentist herself. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend Dana Dental for all your dental care.

You are the BEST! Everyone at Dana Dental has superior dental procedures & techniques!! But besides taking superior care of my teeth, they get the prize for one thing above & beyond - they care about - ME! As a person. Genuinely. They are real. To me - it means everything that they do. You can get good services elsewhere but this is where alot of business falls short. They do the job. Period. Dana Dental does so much more than that! I leave my visits with them feeling as if they’ve gone full circle! That is the definition of a superior business that stands out above all the rest. And..who doesn’t need to feel nowadays that they are cared about, both medically & personally! We love Dr Nicole, Courtney and Alex. Great service, very personable and competent. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. They squeezed us in on short notice also, which we greatly appreciated as we are trying to leave for the winter.

Dr Monique drilled into the wrong tooth and left it with a big vertical line in it. Went back to get it fixed and they just ground down all the enamel and Denton around their mistake with no numbing at all. During the whole ordeal of going to them for a filling and them fixing the line they made on the wrong tooth, they chipped two teeth. All three that they messed up are in a row. Scheduling is a nightmare they aren’t open the hours google has and they will laugh in your face if you need a certain time of day even if you tell them it’s ok to be a few weeks out. they will force you to schedule asap whatever time they choose. The one time they chose a 3:00 and I told them it didn’t work so she listed random times. I said I already took time off for the initial filling I can’t miss work. she said ok 3:00 it is and hung up without letting me choose a time even though I wasn’t in a rush to get in. They double booked or triple booked. You can hear them calling on the radio repeatedly for the same doctor that’s drilling into your teeth to come to another room. I’ve had other fillings and this was the roughest and quickest one I’ve ever had she just literally slapped it in their. Told me 800$ for my next procedure. Went to a new dentist and they quoted me 115 out of pocket instead of 800$ out of pocket.
