The staff is incredibly helpful, respectful, caring, and interested in maintaining retaining relationships as a client, but also as a neighbor. Dentists and staff want to answer all questions, discuss concerns and options. This is a top-notch service right here in Spearfish.

Doctor Bradly Dana is very patient and doesn't make you feel rushed. He insures that you understand the treatment options that are available. The entire staff are wonderful to work with. I’m from out of town, but my tooth hurt very badly. I had been to the office once before. I got an appointment two days after I called. They took an x-ray and referred me to another office, in another town, for a root canal. I’ve gone to a number of dentists in 4 different states but never encountered one who didn’t do their own root canals. They assumed it would be a week before the specialist would be available. And even though they took my blood pressure which is usually normal but was high enough from the pain to be concerning, they said they couldn’t do anything but I should “take Tylenol”. In the paperwork they required I fill out (twice, one online and again in-office), I already told them I was taking it, alternating with ibuprofen, without noticeable relief. An additional Tylenol dose wouldn’t have done a thing for the pain but could easily have caused liver damage. Good thing I knew better than to listen. And thank goodness for ice packs I guess.
The whole thing was a waste of time and money. But at least the doctor they referred me to for the root canal was good.

Amazing knowledgeable staff and dentist, were thoughtful and helpful to fully explain various options of treatment . Confirmed results of teeth and gum health issues.Projected photos on large wall mounted tv so we could see better and explained condition of each tooth needing treatment. The entire appointment was enjoyable from arrival to departure. Would recommend them highly.
