Today they had all 4 of my kids scheduled to get their teeth cleaned. 3 went and came back and I asked 2 times when they were coming to get the last one, and they said “she will be with him soon, she is cleaning up her station”, and then they came to me at 354 and said sorry we can’t see your last one because the dentist left at 330. Why did it take 24 minutes for us to be told the dentist up and left and forgot about one of my children?

The staff here are very friendly and makes you feel like family. They did a wonderful job checking out my son's teeth who is 2.5 years old. They also were very patient working with my son as well. We will certainly be back next year.

My 3 year old loves going to Embrace because the hygienist "brushed" his dinosaur's teeth! Thank you Taylor for being so amazing with Henry and his T-Rex! And shout out to Dr. Miller, Henry was nervous to meet the dentist, but Dr. Miller kneeled beside him and had a conversation with him. Great experience!

I drove almost 100 miles one way to get a new mouth guard made here after I had an awful one made somewhere else. Not only did they get me in the very next morning when I called in the afternoon, but Leah at the 212 location made my mouth guard and had it ready for me within an hour of my appointment! I've had the worst jaw pain and last night I slept so well, waking up with no jaw pain. There is no other place I'll ever go for a mouth guard ever again. She also fitted it to my mouth and took the time to make sure it was perfect and then showed me how to trim it if I ever needed to do it myself. Seriously, my jaw feels like angels were dancing all over my face last night. These guys are amazing!

If you have ever had a bad experience with a dentist whether it be being redirected to another place or multiple appointments at several different places or just uneasiness with who is working on your teeth. Give Family Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry a call in Watertown, SD. They are very professional and very concerned with your comfort and pain management. They are affordable and can perform the wisdom teeth extraction, root canal, teeth cleaning and cast/ crown implant all in the same sedation appointment. So impressed and wish this was the only office I've ever visited.
