Excellent atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, very organized, clean, modern-this has been the best dental experience I have ever had! The staff and dentists are very personable, understanding, and offered knowledge to help me understand things. They are open, honest, and up front with what they will be doing at your appointment, what's next, pricing and scheduling! Defonitely recommend!! Thank you everyone there!

NOT FOR DISABLED VETERANS!!! I’ve had a broken tooth for a week and I have been trying to get this office to get an approval through the VA. I finally got fed up after a week of waiting and called the VA myself and got the approval the same day. They finally called me to say they got an approval and scheduled a same day appointment. Then promptly called me back and said that they are dismissing me from their practice and canceled my appointment. So I have a broken tooth and a dentist that doesn’t care! This is how they treat their vets. What a shame.

Every part of my experience with Watertown Dental Care was outstanding! I was seeking immediate care for a broken tooth and could not have found a better team. From the polite, calm voice that answered the phone, the convenience of completing new patient forms on-line to the prompt care and repair of my tooth, it was all great! The systems, equipment and processes used by the team at Watertown Dental Care create a very patient-focused experience. I needed to get a crown on my tooth and with everything made in-house I was able to have my tooth fixed with a new crown in less than 2 hours!!! The ability to get my issue resolved so quickly was helpful both physically and emotionally. Thank you to the entire team at Watertown Dental Care!

Really friendly and nice people took my son in who has autism and ADHD they treated him awesome and where very patient with him his doctor who worked on his teeth was also very polite and they where fast did not have to wait long in the waiting room to be seen

The best dental office I have been to hands down. Dr. Conroy Is one of the most polite and smart dentists you will find. It doesn't just end with Him though, Every staff member I have encountered in this office is extremely professional, polite, friendly and helpful. If you are new to the Watertown area or in town for a few days and need to pay a visit to a dentist this is the office I would point you to without a doubt. Thank you guy's for all you do!

5 Stars!!! I sat in front of several different dentists over a period of a few months knowing something was seriously wrong with my tooth, and not one of them correctly diagnosed it! Then I saw Dr. Bach.!!! He took his time with my tooth to figure out what was wrong.
He did several tests and told me I needed a root canal and crown. He is very good at identifying problems. Happy I found him!

The staff is excellent and appear to love what they do and where they work. Very friendly and welcoming environment. Both dentists have a great "bedside manner" and are well versed in their profession. Each hygienist does an extraordinary job. Brittany was fabulous today dealing with my sensitive teeth.

I can’t say enough good about my new experience at Watertown Dental Care. I was a little uneasy and in quite a bit of pain. The whole staff is wonderful, kind and so understanding. Chellsy, Sarina and Dr. Conroy made me feel very welcome and I could tell they really cared about me. They got right down to the problem I was having and did not waste minute of time figuring out the next step. I am so appreciative of all you! Thank you!

*UPDATE: I came for another visit the other day and the staff is still so kind and wonderful!! I met a few new faces from the last including Dr. Bach, Britney and Karlee. I am very happy with the care and education I received from Britney. She took her time and I could tell she truly cared about helping me. I couldn’t have ask for better care. I used to fear dentist appointments but I can finally say I am looking forward to going to my next visit. Highly recommend Watertown Dental Care! Thank you again!
