After going to the hospital emergency room in tears I was told there is no one to deal with dental issues, I sat in the parking lot of the hospital in tears for about and hour on Google trying to find ANY dentist that would be open on a Saturday, finally I got the st.croix office and was ready to travel over, when I was given the St.thomas number.
I walked in in tears and was helped so quickly,
The pain From a wisdom tooth was sending me delirious, I would not wish that on an enemy.

Great experience. The staff was super friendly. They called me on time. Doctor was very nice and my hygienist Sierra was wonderful. I definitely recommend this place 💯!

I had excellent service at VI Dental on St. Croix, so that's why I thought I would receive the same on St. Thomas, but it was the exact opposite!
After showing up 10 minutes early for my 10 a.m. appointment on 6/7/22, an hour later I was still waiting! I asked to speak to a manager about the wait and she told me the wait is long because they had to verify my insurance. I understand that, but a whole hour?! I told her I have always gotten an agent on the phone in 5 min. or less, and that's when she said they use a different number to verify my insurance and had to be put in queue (or something like that, smh!) After canceling my appointment at approximately 11 a.m. out of frustration, I called my insurance co. as I was leaving VI Dental S. Thomas, and was on the phone with an agent in 3 min. The agent told me there is no separate number to verify insurance and I was calling the same number VI Dental had used. Therefore, I can only assume they forgot about me and wasted my time! My insurance is Elan Insurance Group, their customer service is excellent, and VI Dental St. Thomas will never get my business!

I called the hospital/ clinic or whatever. They put me on hold for straight 20 min and I wanted to book an appointment. I had to cut the call myself. They would forever to respond to me. Very annoyed.

Dr Richard Long has restored My Faith ..I was Seriously Afraid of Dentist ..I had Two (2) Extractions Done at the same time and didnt feel a thing.Also his Assistant Shay helped me decide What to do about my Dental Plan. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE ..OFFICE STAFF VERY COURTEOUS AND HWLPFUL

Just had a wonderful experience with VI Dental (specifically Dr. Jordan Jones). This was the first time my son did not cry in the dentist’s chair. Dr. Jones was so knowledgeable and friendly; he made my 3-year-old and myself feel very comfortable.
