The staffing are very nice and they take good care of their patients. I love coming here and it's just right up the street from my job. Whenever you need dental work done I would recommend this dental office. They get you in and out even when you are pushed for time.

Went to 5 different dentist's today with a really bad tooth ache. Affordable dental was the only place that would help me I hadn't been able to sleep or eat for 2 days cudoies to all the staff there they were professional and polite. I was not. They made me feel comfortable even though I was in a lot of pain. The Dentist was top notch and didn't flinch when I told him my situation. Thank you too everyone there your all auwsum

If I could rate this a negative 1 I definitely would! All my work that I’ve had done here, I had to go to another dentist for them to fix it. Every single time they touch my root canal I get an infection! Refused to even give an antibiotic for something that they caused! My fills always come out and my crown popped off a couple of times. Receptionists do not know how to talk to you. Lack of communication. I wouldn’t go here if this was the last dentist on earth.

Worst experience of my life, I literally heard them saying they didn’t have the right tools or stuff needed to fix my teeth and instead of getting it or having me waiting they just made something work, which in reality didn’t even work , I didn’t have tooth pain untill I left the building , my filling was filled to high I couldn’t even close my mouth correctly , I have teeth that I have excruciating pain in that never bothered me untill I left , and now my insurance has changed so I now have to pay out of pocket to fix what they messed up! Avoid this place at all cost! Btw I’m only 21 having to pay to have my teeth to get REDONE is very disappointing and hard on someone just now trying to build a future.

I recommend this fabulous group of professionals to anyone. I neglected my dental health for years, until it became obvious I had to do something. I didn't have to listen to a lecture about what I should have done in the past. They discussed my options at length, disclosed costs up front and explained my procedures fully so that I understood exactly what to expect.
I had 17 extractions and immediate denture placement and they were caring and accommodating. If you are reading reviews like I did prior to making a decision who to see, please give Dr. Phillip Ezell and his staff a call.

Worst dentist I have ever visited. I had a double root canal done and within two days, my temporary fell out. It took them over two weeks to get me back in the office to replace the temporary because the dentist was always gone. I decided to go with All Smiles Family Dentistry. They had much better prices and the staff was so friendly unlike at Affordable Dental Inc.

I have had many procedures done here from extractions to root canals and they have all gone smoothly. Their team is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone nervous about going to the dentist.

Awful service!! Wish i could give 0 stars to this people. Front desk can even explain you why you are waiting for so long!! They make you come in early for a procedure and it turns out you have to be waiting for 4 hours. Wasting your time and the people that comes in with you. While i was waiting another patient became irate and went off on them. I complained about the long wait and the doctor answer with an attitude while walking away saying if you are going to wait, wait patiently and if not just leave because we are limited staff. Really?? That’s not a way to speak to a patient!! If you have limited staff then don’t schedule what you can’t handle!!! Not going back to this place ever.

I broke a tooth and made an appointment, got a call a couple hours before hand telling me the dentist wasn't in. Made another appt a week out. This time I went to the appt only to be told the old dentist wasn't there anymore and the new one wasn't in and they failed to contact me because they called the wrong person. Will not be going here again.

Poor dentistry. The women that cleaned my teeth were great but when it came to fillings and other procedures it was outrageous. I had a root canal done and when they did it a piece of tool broke in my mouth. Once they put the temporary cap on, it only lasted two weeks and fell off. I had to wait another 6-9 months for my permanent cap because the desk lady wasn't doing her job correctly and it took her that long to send the insurance company the paperwork. My sibling who was given a "baby root canal" there found out recently that the procedure was a waste of time and money and now the tooth has to be extracted. I went to another dentistry recently too and found out that the root canal done there was improper and it now has an abscess. In order to get that fixed I have to go see a specialist in town to get the root canal re-done. This is a HORRIBLE dentistry and I do NOT recommend it to anyone.
