I don't know what's worse.
The lecture i received during my extraction for waiting on fixing a decayed tooth. My jaw was heavily medicated but i still felt every jerk n pull to get the tooth out. Instead of compassion, i was repeatedly talked down to by my dentist. "Don't be such a big baby. If you'd taken care of this sooner, you wouldn't be in this situation. I'm not going to be able to continue if you continue to react to every jerk n pull," she said.
Now the billing.
After months of being vague with billing -- i had already paid $500 for the extraction and another $300 for the bridge prepping -- I'm hit with another $815. This is after insurance had paid $865. So the bridge is gonna cost $2000? That's totally insane.
Again they were very vague with billing. Don't be dooped. Go elsewhere for your dental care.

i came here a few times now and the staff as well as the service was exceptional. and I recommend anyone who wants an honest and professional service to come her . Heather there hygienist was very informative and personable which Really made the experience welcoming and Sherrill the dentist that I have was great !!!! I will definitely not be afraid of the dentist anymore

This was the worst and most rude dentist I have ever seen. When discussing my dental work she wanted to do I told her I couldn't afford all of that and she never mentioned that on my previous appt a few days early and she well that's what I need to do and not my problem about the money. I just left and told them she was the riskiest person I have ever seen. I think they are all about the money and nothing else. I will never recommend this place to anyone as long as I live.

I had my first appointment with them last week, and it was literally the best experience i have ever had in a dental office. I have severe anxiety with dentists but i felt extremely comfortable from the moment i walked in. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helped ease a lot of my concerns and stress, and Kelly up front was wonderful with keeping in contact with me about appointments. I've been going here for years. They've ways been good to me. They're honest and won't suggest anything invasive unless it's absolutely necessary.
They're gentle and have never done anything that really hurt me. Honestly, as long as you floss properly, your gums can take it.
Everyone is friendly and courteous. They're honest about checking your insurance too. As long as you listen to what they're saying, you should understand.
