I was a new patient and I needed a cleaning and some cavities filled. The receptionist told me she would have to put me down for two separate back-to-back appointments, one for the dentist and one for the dental hygienist. When I was unable to make it that day due to car troubles, I called to reschedule. The receptionist then informed me that they will still have to charge me a cancellation fee, this would have been fine (even though most places will wave your first cancellation fee) however she said they would have to charge me TWO $40 fees (total $80) since I had two back-to-back appointments. I told her that was ridiculous, just because that is how you scheduled the appointment it does not mean I called and cancelled two times this was ONE cancelled appointment. She continued to act snobby with me so I told her if that is how you treat your customers I will not be rescheduling and take my business elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about dental health. I was impressed with the relaxing atmosphere and the care they give their patients. Definitely a great place to go for all your dental needs!

Although I'm a very anxious patient when It comes to dental work , Dr. Harris and staff were extremely patient with me to get me to a very comfortable place so we can get my teeth where it needs to be. Thank you Dr. Harris and staff!

The worst customer service I’ve ever had, wasn’t even able to schedule the appointment without saying my husband’s ssn although insurance company said it’s not necessary to provide his ssn and even after insurance guy talked to them and sent them eligibility letter , the receptionist continued to ask for this!! Just ridiculous I just subscribed all my family for another dentist and they lost 3 clients because of their unprofessional service!!

We had to wait three weeks for an appointment. When we got there, we were told that my husband never called in his insurance information, so we would have to reschedule. When I pulled up the call log to show that he had, in fact, called it in several weeks ago, we were told that it was too bad.
They said they believed we called it in, but it wasn't in their computer and NOBODY THERE KNEW HOW TO RUN INSURANCE, so they still wouldn't keep our appointment.

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Waited over an hour bc the receptionist wasn’t capable of working the fax machine to request records. Was never called back for the treatment plan. Do not go here
