Fast, courteous greeting upon arrival. Excellent eye contact and smile. So much better than my previous dentist who would tell me to sign in and take a seat. This team knows we have other options so I was treated as a welcomed guest. Kept up-to-date on when dentist would begin treatment. Very interactive treatment options were discussed, not just telling me what he would do. Electronic reminders are vital to me being on time. Reminder the day before, the morning of, and an hour before my visit help me appreciate this dentist’s willingness to use all available technology.

The receptionists are extremely friendly and professional. The dental assistants are the same... very personable. My dentist, Dr. Canales. was just exceptional. Booked my appointment as a new patient on December 7, gave my insurance information, verified the address and completed the online demographic form. Screenshots and information on my phone to prove it. Then I show up to my appointment on December 28 to my information is not in the system at all. I was told that I probably talked to a person with the answering service and technology fails us. Dental hygienist said we will fit you in and make it work. Apparent office manager however said no one can fit me in and I can book another appointment when I’m not on break (off from work). No thank you. Poor customer service. I will happily take my good insurance and steady business elsewhere. Book another dentist in the area.

Will not return. Have a bad abcess and no script was ever called in that day leaving me in pain. They did not provide adequate care. Office and visit was pleasant but when the purpose was pain relief and you can't even get antibiotics, that's a problem to be left with infection that is not being treated for another day on a Friday.

Would not recommend. I waited 35 minutes after my initial appointment time to be brought back to a room, then was told it would be a 2 hour appointment since it was my first time in. Tried to charge me an outrageous amount for a service I did not need. I got a second opinion and saved a lot of money. Tried to call several times to cancel my appointment and could not get anyone on the phone.
