Brand new to Knoxville and has no idea where to start looking for a dentist in the middle of a dental crisis. Looked at reviews and decided on this office and what a blessing this staff is! Karen, was so kind on the phone, patient and friendly listening to all my concerns and made me feel I had chosen the right office and would be in good hands. Melissa my hygienist was super sweet, loved meeting Dr. Dean’s son who was a great photographer and Dr. Dean himself. Coming to get work done is very difficult for me with a very high level of anxiety and complexity to my case. This is my new dental family and I highly recommend this office !

My initial visit with Dean Cosmetic was very comfortable and warm. Karen, the receptionist/intake was so amicable and welcoming. The second visit, I was seen by Dr. Dean. His staff is great, Jessica and Delaney made me feel very comfortable.
