I haven’t been to this dentist in a little over 5 years, but I am still reaping the consequences of going here. After a baseball bat to the face, I was told I needed a root canal and a crown on my front tooth. I cannot count how many times I went to this office because of the following reasons: They couldn’t get the shade of the crown correct, the temporary kept coming off, the intern never seated my PERMANENT crown with PERMANENT cement. This is just naming a few of the problems. After having my permanent crown come off for the last time, I had to go back in to get it re-cemented. Knowing the intern I saw at the time used the wrong type of cement, they still charged me $222 to simply cement the crown back on. 5 years later, and another dentist is trying to correct their mistakes. Save you time, your money and your sanity and pick somewhere else to be treated like a guinea pig for “educational purposes”.

Very average dental experience. Set up so that you schedule your exam and your cleaning separately. That was new to me.
The downside is that they have a single provider that 'works out of state' who accepts a specific insurance carrier. This can be an unethical practice with the goal of charging patients more out of pocket. Their practice will show up as taking a specific insurance. The patient will then see a different provider and be billed a higher rate out of pocket than what the carrier would pay. Not sure if this is their intent, but it is what happened. At the least, they take no steps to prevent it.

Had heard lots of bad reviews but have them a chance. Timothy Williams is extremely rude and I would never give my money to someone who tips delivery drivers less than 5%. Not to mention most of the staff are extremely short and rude as well

This dentist’s office is a joke. Friendly service, yeah. But noone goes to a dentist office just for that. I’ve been going there for about a year now, and the only thing I’ve got accomplished is a headache. I orginally went there for
a crown. That never happened, that tooth is
still unprotected bc they could never make a temp
crown. They instead put a crown on a different tooth, that
broke. Yet, they have been billing for a whole lot more. I grind my teeth and have caused cracks and breaks. Instead of fixing, they stuff temp sealant in them. Don’t waste your time with them. Especially Marcia. I’ve been calling for days with a broken crown, no return calls. Awful place.
*update - the crown they inserted less than six months ago, has broken and they wont fix it, remove it or even look at it. The Veterans Administration sent me to them for work, I’m not sure why. You dont go to a diff mechanic when the transmission isnt working that another installed; same as a dentist. Now I have to find another dentist to remove their awful crown. Thank you guys,
for nothing after a year.
