Dr. Murphy did an amazing job! I had to have a couple of extractions and was a little nervous due to a not so pleasant experience from a different dentist. I was prepped for the extractions and within 10 minutes the procedure was over, I had no idea he had removed both teeth! No issues in the week to follow which was wonderful! Also the staff is friendly and will take the time to answer any question you may have. I would recommend them to anyone needing to see a dentist for a dental issue, cleaning or preventive care.

My experience at Aspen Dental in Lenoir City, TN today was great. I met a new DH, Giselle Medina, who cleaned my teeth and gave me great advice on next steps for my oral hygiene. I also met with the Dentist, Dr. Murphy, who gave me great advice and was very professional in doing so. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend this office and its staff and associates to anyone locally who needs dental services.

Honestly, if I could give a review with 0 stars I would. I went in for tooth pain and decay on one of my molars and they told me they couldn’t remove the tooth that was hurting but they could remove the perfectly healthy tooth behind it. Their reasoning was that the decayed tooth was the one that “gave pleasure during eating” but I couldn’t even chew on that side. Then after my extraction, I woke up crying from the confusion of falling asleep then waking up (normal reaction for me with anesthesic) and they all put pushed me out of the office. Not to mention despite being a repeat client they had to do a consultation visit before any work. Once I healed from that surgery, I went to Affordable Dentures off Sugarlimb and same day they pulled the correct tooth no problem. Aspen charged well over $1,000 for everything and Affordable Dentures only charged $180 total. I will never go back to Aspen Dental. The front counter people are great but the dentists and everyone who actually look at you are ridiculous and do not care about their clients best interest.

Would not recommend. I was not impressed or plan on continuing care with Aspen. I need a fair amount of dental work done and went there to potentially start the work. However, I would never give this company that much money. It was clear to me that this location is a money factory and that the staff isn't interested in their patients.
The doctor and a lot of others were not professional, as in they were giggling ijnthe hall like children. On top of all the tiny details- the doctor just walked out of my room 5 minutes after getting in there and they left me sitting in a room when I was apparently suppose to leave. The doctor second guessed himself right in front of me AND when I was leaving no one gave me the referral to the oral surgeon they were suppose to.
I'll get my work done elsewhere, but thanks for the $19 X-rays.

My first initial consultation took 3 hours 😳. I have had a knee replacement and was supposed to have antibioticsan hour before my dentist appt today. They never called them in. I started calling their office at 7 to see if i could get the antibiotics before my appt. at 9. I got ahold of another lady from scheduling, who said she would send the office an email stating that it was urgent to call me back. After several attempts to call with no answer I drove down there and they were all sitting around. I don't know why they couldnt pick up the phone. I asked to speak to the office manager. She said who did you talk to? That she never got an email. She never made any kind of apology for them not answering the phones. She said we have antibiotics here. Am i suppose to be psychic and know that? Am i supposed to show up and hour before my appt. time to tek them? Then she asked the dentist about me taking the antibiotics. He said I could take it only 30 mins early. Which is wrong, my surgeon advised an hour before. She said we can give you the antibiotics and take you back in a few. I said no that I would just take a refund and I will go somewhere else because you all are very unprofessional.

I went for Perio maintenance yesterday. I was seen very quickly. I love my hygienist. She is very thorough. I appreciate the feedback on my cleaning and flossing practices and what to focus on going forward. The whole Aspen Dental team is very friendly.

I was suffering terrible pain from a toothache when I went into the Lenoir City office for help. Instead of treating my pain I was examined and then sent into another office to talk about future expensive treatment and to reschedule the extraction needed to stop the pain. I left still in pain but with a financial breakdown of recommended treatments. All I cared about at that time was stopping the horrible tooth pain. They did nothing, not even a prescription for antibiotics to treat the infection. I will never go to that clinic again.

This place is a joke, what’s the point of having bilingual employees if they’re not going to help the Hispanic community. Very rude employee I believe her last name is Pantoja. We asked her a question and she did not want to help us, gave attitude and eye roll. Management needs to take action and do something about her. Hopefully she’s not getting paid as a translator cause she didn’t want to help translate. Very unprofessional. Dr was rude also.

Friendly and fest service they talk you through every step of the process. The downside is advertised first exam Free it's not but it's only $19 so that's not too big a deal that advertise that they can get financing for any credit the only company that uses Care credit if you can get approved through Care credit I recommend going to a more affordable dentist if you can't get approved through Care credit like a lot of people I know don't bother going it's a waste of time and money
