Wonderful! I can't say enough about the staff, especially Catherine and the sweet girl that did my x'rays. Most relaxing dental visit I have ever had.

I went 10/15/19 nurses and everyone except doctor was good didn’t care if I was in pain did NOT ask for any drugs (pain pills) but my point is she didn’t even offer a Tylenol didn’t even care to be honest nope I never go back

ATTENTION EVERYONE, if you are dissatisfied with Your current dentist or looking for a dentist/LOOK NO FURTHER!!! You will not find a Better team than Dr. Cho and her team in Lenior City.
From the time You walk in the Front door, YOU ARE FAMILY!!! Such a warm and caring crew indeed. Front desk ALL THE WAY THRU THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT, YOU WILL FIND TOTAL 1ST CLASS CARE !!!
I had ALWAYS taken EXCEPTIONAL Care of my teeth and Thanks to tons of heavy medication and a long stay in n bed, battling Numerous medical issues my teeth had numerous issues. I was floored when my regular dentist office shocked me with the drastic news !!! I was given the choice of pulling Several and wearing 2 partials OR extract ALL of my teeth and get dentures, I almost fell out of the chair. And the news was given to me with NO PREP, or lead up and I honestly felt like a second class citizen !!! It was NO LESS than mourning a death. I came home and literally cried and I am normally not a crier AT ALL. I layed around unsure what to do or where to go. Finally I got the nerve up to call their front desk (the 2 gals in there, I have Loved for AT LEAST 16 yrs).I asked them to please send my x-rays to a periodontist in Knox which they so kindly did and I swan if He didn't just tell me the same thing WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING IN MY MOUTH & charged me $85.00 dollars FOR NOTHING. Then recommended me to ANOTHER local dentist in my small town due to me loosing faith in my normal dentist (his son) Loudon. I will be dipped if he didn't look at the xrays, 1/2 look in my mouth and STILL RAN HIS OWN X-RAYS even thou mine were sent to him, then proceeded to fly thru his opinion coming across as if I had NEVER taken care of my teeth, Charged me $265.00 and again I left in tears!!! Days went by with me in toumoil AND STILL SICK till my Husband took a chance on Aspen Dental in Lenior City.
Teresa at the desk (an Angel) answered and took All the time in the world to listen to my husband. He explained All that we had been thru in this AWFUL JOURNEY and with her Total Sweet Precious Patience She told David, NOO INDEED get her in here let's see how WEEE CAN HELP. AND YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT A DIFFERENT EXPIERENCE. I Expected the worse AND GOT THE BEST!!!
WE WALKED INTO A BUILDING OF 100% ANGELS, TOTAL PROFESSIONAL CARING ANGELS, LORD LOVE THEM ALLL !!!
They took me in and EVERYONE went out of their way to HELP ME and Boosted me up with Options in my care which NO ONE ELSE HAD TAKEN THE TIME TO EVEN THINK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX WITH BETTER OPTIONS !!!
I AM PROUD To say THE PLAN they offered we went with which WORKED OUT FABULOUSLY!!!
Dr. Cho, THE HEAD ANGEL extracted what needed to go and built bridges for me which I am SOOO PROUD OF !!!

PROCRASTINATE NO LONGER, THESE FABULOUS PEOPLE ARE YOUR TEAM TOO SOO GET THAT APPOINTMENT AND GET YOUR WORK DONE, IT DOESNT COME ANY BETTER, I PROMISE !!!

The people there are very nice and professional. The business itself is extremely expensive, it appears they abused my insurance coverage to maximize their profits.
This is exactly why insurance has gotten so expensive.

Management must never get tired of apologizing for this place. Nothing is ever done to improve. YES, my first visit is my last. Felt like I was in customer in line at a used car lot. Got everything except what I went there for... NOT AGAIN 😜

Dont bother with this place. Tried to get my wifes tooth pulled and cavitys filled. Can't do that with out a 1200 dollar cleaning. Just wanted to pay cash and get her taken care of. Never again. Avoid this place at all costs.

This place does not deserve 1 star. I called for a tooth to be fixed. They did exrays check up. Kept me there for 2 hours and did NOTHING. They want you to keep coming back over and over before they take of anything. That's one way they get your money. Terrible place

Took 2 days to repair lower denture plate that only needed to be joined together. Then they didn't finish buffing or smoothing the inside of the plate where I couldn't wear it until I filed it with a nail file several times.
