My experience here was great! I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time because of a bad experience I had years ago, so I was terrified. Everyone was very welcoming, polite, and did everything to make sure my visit went well. The doctor and his entire was very patient!! I loved it!

I would like to say that I have never visited a dentist office were that I felt like I was at home! From the Smiley face's over the phone to my arrival. The staff was so sweet and knowledgeable! The young lady name Courtney and Jessica made my visit very welcoming. Even the Dr. made me feel like family. I am 31 years old and I were blown away! I have found my new Dentist home. The Dr. did not mind me praying for him. He made sure I was numb before my procedure. He did not have to cut my gum at all! I was so surprised and pleased.

DO NOT GO HERE, after I went to another dentist they found where DentalWorks missed an abscessed root and were able to show me clearly in an X-ray where the problem was and stated this was not something that just pop upped in the time since my visit.
The left my mouth in more pain than when I started. The main doctor did not use any gloves while working on my mouth and the even missed an huge issue with my teeth and refuse to stand by the services the perform.

I have been a patient at dental works for 18 years now. Upon the first visit, they asked what my dental goals were. My only plan was to have a Hollywood smile. That and more is exactly what I have and still have from dental works! Not a day or more goals by when my smile is not recognized. The entire staff is so friendly! You are not simply a patient, you are treated like family. My Dental Hygienist , Hope, is the absolute best! Dr. Dietz is also the absolute best! I will not trade them for anything! I have recommend dental works to my family, friends, and coworkers! They too, are extremely pleased with the services provided and the friendly staff. A million thumbs up to dental works!

Staff excellent they made sure I need it arrive to the office they gave me a text message and email even sure had everything. They gave me a warm welcome at checkin and told me about both of my insurances and what they may and may not cover. I was not stuck with some random bill! I came in after 4 years of procrastinating to check my gums, filling and find out about a cleaning.
The gums are good but the cleaning was long overdue for my teeth. My filling had cracked the tooth so bye bye I was gonna be without a tooth. But one of the ladies said we can extract the tooth or have a bridge put in. BRIDGE?!? I had to stop her and ask more about it, we are getting a bridge. It didn’t take Dr. Dietz that long to put in a partial a week and a half later it was put in with no problems.
Dr. Dietz only cautioned me not to do anything to destroy them in 30 minutes. I am smiling proud and pretty the lady that does the cleaning has 20+ plus years of experience. She will tell you what you want to know and what you should know about your teeth. Thanks DentalWorks, thank you to all staff and Dr. Dietz for getting my teeth back!!!
