Miles Moore, D.D.S. - Memphis Center For Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

Dr. Miles is the coolest dentist in Memphis! His staff and him are so pleasant and I feel like I’m always right at home! I remember Dr. Miles was going to do a dental procedure on me and it was going to be a while. I was freezing! Out they come with a cozy blanket! I never get a rude response and have always been helpful every time I call or see them! Best customer service, best dental work, best people! Hands Down!

I had my initial consultation and cleaning at Memphis Center for Family and Cosmetic Dentistry yesterday. I cannot say enough about how great a visit it was. From the time I arrived, the office staff greeted me like I had been a patient for years. I had my initial consultation and cleaning with Charity as my Dental Hygienist. She was extremely professional and comforting. It had been years since I had been to a dentist's office, and technology has completely changed. She was fantastic about explaining every step, and was very helpful in explaining things that needed to be brought to my attention regarding my continuing dental care routine to prevent future problems. After my cleaning and exam, she passed the reins to Dr. Moore for his initial consultation. He was very welcoming to me as a new patient, and his consultation was very direct and informative. I can totally say I have found my new dentist!!

Dr. Moore is the BEST dentist around! If you’re someone who is afraid or absolutely hates going to the dentist, this is the one for you! His bedside manner is impeccable, all of his dental hygienists are so sweet and so is the office staff. He’s very knowledgeable and makes sure that you are pain free! 10/10 would recommend, and coming from someone who can’t stand going to the dentist, it says a lot! You won’t regret making an appointment, I promise!

I recently fractured a tooth and Dr. Moore's staff got me in very soon as a new patient. I had to have a crown placed. Dr. Moore and his staff were outstanding. I will be back for regular cleanings and if other things pop up, I know that I am in good hands. They take the pandemic serious and adhere to a high level of vigilance/hygiene in this regard. I recently relocated to Memphis TN and needed to find a new dentist. Dr. Moore's staff was able to schedule me in quickly and were so friendly throughout the process. The office is easy to locate and offers a very pleasant atmosphere....from checking in to my cleaning, everyone was so friendly. Dr. Moore is very personable and took his time with my exam and addressed all of my questions. I was very satisfied and will definitely recommend Dr. Moore to anyone seeking an enjoyable dental experience!

I absolutely love this dentist office. They are super friendly and make the overall experience very pleasant. I love the home-like atmosphere and they also do excellent work on your teeth. Highly recommend and I am sad that I have been in Memphis for 7 years and only found them last year.

I had serious dental problems but stopped going to the dentist because of fear or anxiety. To give an idea of how nervous I was: I used to think all my front teeth, previously filled elsewhere, would fall out if I go for cleaning or if I let the dentist touch them! This is my first time writing a review as I thought it might help others who are going through the same experience.

My first visit to Dr. Moore’s office left no doubt that he and his team were capable of putting a smile back on my face. Observing their confidence dropped my concerns to almost zero. I would like to highlight what I observed throughout a two-month continuous visit to Dr. Moore’s office:

He is so responsible:

Four days after a heavy dental procedure, I called his office to ask whether or not a symptom (which he had already talked to me about and prescribed medicine for) was normal. After a few minutes, Dr. Moore himself called me just to explain everything clearly and assured me that there was nothing to worry about. I was also told that I could visit the office at any time to ease my concerns.

He makes sure you are fully satisfied with the work:

He continues working until you are fully satisfied with the outcome. When I was thinking whether or not my temporary crowns could be a little smaller I did not even have to say a word. He is extremely patient and does not mind spending extra time to make you fully satisfied.

The outcome is excellent:

Some of my teeth had serious issues for years. Five years ago (my last dentist visit), I was told those issues would not be easily fixed without extraction/ artificial tooth roots/surgeries. Dr. Moore fixed them in less than two months. He fully understands the patient's situation; then suggests the best solution among multiple options.

Last but not least, the staff are so friendly and caring:

They are great in making the environment comfortable and providing useful information. Also, I had never had such a wonderful teeth cleaning experience.

I was an existing patient to start with. I had been with the previous doctor for 14 years, so he had a lot to live up to. I expected the same excellent service I had been used to. Dr. Moore definitely has not let me down. He is very sympathetic to a patient like me who does not want to feel any pain. He is very aware of any indication I may give if I begin to feel any pain. He immediately takes care of the problem. I've been with Dr. Moore for approximately 4 years now and plan to stay with him. Charity is one of the nicest people I have had the chance to meet. She's been there I think a bit longer than the rest. The other employees are excellent as well. They never leave you hanging. You know everything up front about the entire procedure you will be having and they let you know ahead of time how much you will be responsible for. I appreciate knowing ahead of time. Kudos to all.

Dr. Moore did a great job evaluating my situation and establishing a plan to get my teeth feeling right again. He's very personable and you can tell he cares about his patients. He has a sense of humor which is vital in his profession. I have already started to recommend him to all my friends. Plus, it's hard not to like a fellow Ole Miss guy. His business will continue to grow with the way he, along with his staff, performs.

My dentist of over 25 years retired. I went to see Dr. Moore on the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. Excellent staff and Dr. Moore was very personable and professional. They were running a little bit behind but apologized profusely and assured me it won't happen again. I'll be staying with Dr. Moore for a long time.
