There is a new dentist at this practice named John C. Ford. He did a horrible job. I went to get a crown replaced. He didn't explain what he was about to do, simply approached me with a needle. He hit a nerve which caused incredible pain and injected my gum 4 times. Then he accused me of moving instead of admitting that he made a mistake. My face was numb for 2 days and my lip still tingles. I can't eat on that side of my mouth because of the pain. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Thursday 08/26/21 was my first visit but it definitely won't be my last.The staff have that family friendly atmosphere my needs were attentive when I first walked in.Dr.Iggy and dental hygienist explained everything to me in laymen terms.The plan of action is top notch I really felt comfortable and my mind was at ease I'm looking forward to my next visit I recommend Raleigh Dental Group .

Dr. Izzie was honest with me about problems I would have later so he didn’t complete my procedure and referred me to an oral surgeon. His honesty is why I will continue to go to Raleigh Dental. I was thinking about changing dentists because Dr. Craig was my guy but Dr. Izzie won a patient for life today.

I came to them many years ago. Because of the “catering to cowards” they had on a card. I never liked going to the dentist and never stuck with the same dentist due to my fears and the lack of concern or caring from other dentist of my fears. They worked with me and helped me get over (still not good about actual dental work!) of just walking into a dentist office and now actually enjoy my cleanings. They are amazing, genuinely compassionate, caring people in this office. I will not ever go anywhere else. They have become like family.

I like to come and get my teeth fixed there because I have always been at Raleigh even when his uncle owned the dental office. I go there also to see Dr. William Ferguson. He is so precious to me and also the dog I got my toys out off.
