My whole life i have been terrified of the dentist. Well those days are over. The staff and doctors are amazing! From the first visit to the present i was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I just finished some what i believe to be major work. Most of my top teeth have been crowned, root canal and a deep cleaning and it was all done with alot of TLC!! I will forever be a patient at Dental Bliss in Hermitage TN. Thank you so much Dr. George, Dr. Atchley, Christy, Megan and Chelsea!!! All of you really know how to take care of us big chickens. I love everything about this place. I have dental phobia. These guys and gals do not do anything but help me and reassure me. They also offer gas for procedures. Love all the dentists, hygienist and all front office staff. Treated like a person not just another nervous Nellie

The staff was extremely polite and professional. I had 4 dental implants put in my lower jaw. Within 2 weeks 2 of them came loose and had to be redone. I paid in full for the services and was told there would be no charge for the repairs. One implant had to be left in "neutral" for the bone to heal. After waiting I returned to have the o-ring installed and the posts cleaned. On my way out I stopped to pay for the cleaning, and was charged for the o-ring replacement which was already paid for. The doctor was busy, so I paid the entire bill rather than argue. I called and left a couple of messages for Dr Atchley but he never called me back. So I never went back.

Can't say enough great things about Dr. Atchley and his team. I had a LOT of work that needed to be done and was hesitant to go because of bad experiences I had had in the past. While visiting a friend in Nashville last week, I chipped a tooth and needed immediate care. My friend recommended Dr. Atchley at Dental Bliss and I was definitely not let down! They were able to work me into the schedule so I could see the Dr that same day. The office is stunning and feels like a high end spa and Dr. Atchley's compassion is beyond any other dentist I have ever been to. Every dental practice would benefit greatly from the way patients are treated as human beings with real fears at Dental Bliss. Dr Atchley knows your fears are real, and explains every procedure in a way that anyone could understand. His staff are truly family oriented folks.
